Hearts for You FINISHED QUILT SIZE 37” x 44” Finished Block Size 6” x 6” Measurements include ¼” seam allowance. Sew with right sides together unless otherwise stated.
Sashing and Blocks Refer to quilt photo for placement of blocks. Sew a cotton candy shade 1½” x 6½” rectangle to a Heart Block. Repeat to make a row with 5 sashing rectangles and 4 blocks. Make 5 rows labeled B.

Quilt Center Assembly See quilt photo for row placement. Lay out rows A and B. Sew rows together to complete the center of the quilt.

Borders Seam allowances vary so measure through the center of the quilt before cutting border pieces. Sew side borders first. Border 1 Side borders should be 36½”. Top and bottom borders should be 37½”. Finish quilt by layering the quilt top, batting, and back. Bind with your favorite Riley Blake fabric from the Sweetcakes Collection. CUTTING REQUIREMENTS Please read instructions first before cutting. Seam allowances vary so measure through the center of the quilt before cutting border pieces. Heart Block Using the template provided cut 20 hearts from the following prints: 2-blue main, 2-pink main, 2-red hearts, 2-white hearts, 2-pink strawberries 2-white strawberries, 2-blue petals, 2-red petals, 1-blue stripes 1-pink stripes, 2-pink love Add a ¼” seam allowance if necessary for your favorite method of appliqué. Cut 20 squares 6½” x 6½” from clean white solid Posts Cut 30 squares 1½” x 1½” from clean white solid Sashing Cut 49 rectangles 1½” x 6½” from cotton candy shade Border 1 Cut 4 strips 4½” x WOF from small blue gingham QUILT ASSEMBLY Refer to quilt photo for placement of blocks. Heart Block Use your favorite method of appliqué. Refer to quilt photo for placement of heart. Posts and Sashing Sew a clean white 1½” square to a cotton candy shade 1½” x 6½” rectangle. Repeat to make a row with 5 square posts and 4 sashing rectangles. Make 6 rows labeled A.
