Its jet-like perormance is powered by a 1,600 SHP, FADEC-controlled PWC PT6A-68C Pratt & Whitney turboprop engine, while the Super Tucano’s airrame has been designed with the latest generation techno logy and computer-aided tools to withstand +7G/-3.5G loads. The aircrat’s structure is corrosion-protected, and the side-hinged canopy has a windshield capable o withstanding a bird strike at 270 kts. Two versions o the Super Tucano are oered, including a two-seater with endurance o more than

Both versions are tted with ve underside hard points to accommodate a variety o air-to-air and air-to-ground missiles. With a service lie o 18,000 hours or typical training missions or 12,000 fying hours in operational environments, depending on mission loads and utilization, the Super Tucano is a high-perormance aircrat whose operational costs are low due to improved logistics, enhanced system reliability and

The all-glass cockpit o the Super Tucano provides a ourth-generation Human-Machine Interace (HMI) designed to minimize pilot workload by optimizing all tasks (tracking, interception, support, etc.). The state-o-the-art avionics suite includes:
• Integrated Radio Communication and Navigation • Tactical V/UHF with provisions or data links • Video Camera/Recorder • Automatic Pilot with embedded mission planning capability • ForwardLooking Inrared (FLIR) • Provisions or night-vision goggles
• Full Hands-On Throttle and Stick (HOTAS) technology • Laser INS with GPS Navigational System • Computerized Attack Modes (CCIP, CCRP, CCIL, etc.) • Head-Up Display (HUD) with Up-Front Control Panel (UFCP) • Two liquid crystal Active Matrixes Color Multi-Function Displays (CMFD)
The Super Tucano also eatures innovations such as an environmental control system designed to assure crew comort and an On-Board Oxygen Generating System (OBOGS). It is also equipped with Martin-Baker MK-10LCX MK-10LCX ejection seats, eaturing a three-mode ejection sequential device.

Te key to customer servce.
It all boils down to a simple equation – less time on the ground means more time in the air, more missions fown and ewer aircrat sidelined or maintenance during critical moments. Our customer service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week rom service, technical support and spare parts distribution centers in Brazil, the U.S., France, China and Singapore. A computer-based communication system, equipped with web inrastructure, interconnects all spare parts distribution and service outlets, and helps customize and speed services.
We also provide a ull array o training programs or pilots, mission systems operators, mechanics and ground crews by means o ull-fight simulators and computer-based, interactive classroom instruction. All o this enables customers to enhance the eciency and eectiveness o their mission.
