Panel is the core component of the system offering
a concrete filled permanent formwork building system utilizing raft type foundations and full load bearing walls to produce a modern clean building system suitable for any type of Architecture.

The Plaswall™ Panel is essentially permanent form work that is manufactured by bonding recycled polystyrene inserts between 6mm fibre cement sheets. The fibre fibre cement sheets serve as wall surfaces ready for finishing. When erected, it is reinforced with steel rebars, then filled with structural concrete forming a monolithic load bearing and shear wall structure.

is manufactured from specially designed plastic spacers made from 100% recycled plastic and fibre cement boards. Spacers and boards are bonded together with special adhesive to form a very strong, self supporting formwork, capable of being filled onsite with wet PLASWALL™

Floor Slab offers the same benefits as the wall system with w ith the additional advantage of having service channels in place. With PLASWALL™ Floor Slab you can construct floors up to 7 meters span using 200mm thick concrete (project specific - to be confirmed by engineer).
