The finished application is a true .Exe file that uses the Visual Basic a Visual machine that can freely distribute. The components involved in Visual Basic 6.0. Access 7.0 It is a personal computer based RDBMS. This provides most of the features available in the high end RDBMS products like Oracle, Sybase, and Ingress etc. VB keeps access as its native database. Developer can create a database for development & further can create. The

data.
During
the
initial
Development phase data can be stored in the access database & during the implementation phase depending on the volume data can use a higher – end database.

particular Student, both internal & External Marks Details All these information are stored and maintained to manage the student details in colleges as well as knowing the details of the particular Student. The views and Reports describe the customized view of information in respective way.
ABOUT THIS PROJECT The Project titled “Student Information System” deals with maintains

information
of
students
and
knowing
their
performances of that particular period.
Existing system with limitations The existing system was having a number of difficulties regarding maintaining the record of information, records of there grades in various subjects (in both minor exams and major exams), Student Management. •
First of all our focus will be on the manual system for Student Management. One can observe that for the whole process of all the record of information , records of there grades in various subjects(in both minor exams and major exams) and it tell us about the performance of the student whether it is poor, excellent, satisfactory etc , one organization needs to recruit too many staffs to handle the specific duty.

Second is the efficiency, time elapsed and the human errors involved.

Finally Beside these the most important is the data storage, searching for a particular record, transferring the data to its various networks and data piracy.
Proposed system The proposed system is the panacea of above mentioned problems. By using this system an organization can handle its all kinds of above mentioned works efficiently, accurately and swiftly with all kinds of security features by involving a few employees.

STUDENT PERSONAL DETAILS In this module consist of 2 sub modules 1) Login Module In this Module the user Login is managed. 2) Student Registration Module. In Student Details the whole personal details of any student is stored. This can be edited only by authorized administrator. And can be used to view through anyone for any particular details.
Student Attendance: College Attendance keeps track of the total attendance of any particular student. It stores the attendance data of the students into the database. It too may access the student
database for updating the student attendance details and to categorize the students relating to various sections and semesters.
Mark Statement In this module the grades of the students whether in minor exams or major exams are to be calculated in all the subjects. It gives information about the percentage of the student and records them.
Accommodation Module This module will helps to view whether the particular student is day’ scholar or hostel staying student and all other information about the accommodation details.
College administration: College administration stores the student information in student information record. It too collects information from the account database to know about the student’s payments records and from the faculty process about the faculty information. It sends the course information to the course information process for further processing.

Examination: Examination takes the course details and course completed details from the Course examination database and prepares the examination schedules and offers it to the students. It is responsible for processing all the information’s related to the examination.

In this Module Report of particular student is viewed as the category of Marks for Student And also the Administrator view the overall performance of the all or particular students. it helps the administrator to manage the organization well.
