CHARLES POLIQUIN Charles Poliquin is one o the most accomplished strength coaches in the world. He has designed workouts or Olympic medalists in 17 dierent sports, world record holders in 10 dierent sports, and proessional athletes in the NBA, NFL, NHL, MLB, and UK Premier League. He has lectured or consulted or a variety o high-prole organizations such as the US Secret Service, Walt Disney Corporation and the World Swimming Congress.
HAROLD NASH – NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS Harold Nash has just nished up his second season as head strength and conditioning coach or the 2012 season ater working six seasons (2005-2010) on Head Coach Bill Belichick’s sta as assistant strength and conditioning coach. Nash is in his eighth season as a ull-time coach ollowing an all-star career as a deensive back in the Canadian Football League and is a veteran o 13 seasons o mentoring young athletes. Beginning in 1994 and continuing throughout his CFL tenure, Nash served as an assistant to highly-regarded speed coach Tom Shaw, assisting over 30 college deensive backs in their preparations or the NFL Drat. Starting in 2000, he also worked with the Nike Football Group to teach speed, agility and quickness to some o the nation’s top college prospects.
MOSES CABRERA – NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS Moses Cabrera is in his second season as the Patriots assistant strength and conditioning coach, where he assists head strength & conditioning coach Harold Nash in the team’s year-round conditioning program. Cabrera was named to the position on March 31, 2011 ater one season as an assistant strength coach at the University o Colorado. During his time in Boulder, Cabrera was responsible or the implementation o strength and conditioning programs or the school’s ootball team. Prior to his season at Colorado, Cabrera spent six years as an assistant strength coach at Fresno State where he was responsible or the design and implementation o strength and conditioning programs or incoming ootball players, men’s basketball, women’s lacrosse and women’s soccer. Cabrera held graduate assistant strength coach positions rom 2001-04 at Oral Roberts University, the University o Nebraska at Omaha and Fresno State.

ANDERS LINDSJÖ – ELEIKO SPORT Anders Lindsjö is the head strength and weightlifting coach at Eleiko Sport in Sweden since 2005. He conducts
the Eleiko Strength Coach, Eleiko Strength Camp and all Olympic Liting course or Eleiko Sport at the Eleiko Sport Center in Halmstad, and numerous other places world wide. Anders is a well-established international weightliter and competed in the Olympic Games 1992 in Barcelona. Since then he became the head coach or the Swedish Olympic Weightliting team and have been the author o the entire coaching manual or the Swedish Weightliting Federation. Anders has been involved in training and coaching athletes in all kinds o sports with a ocus on strength, power and explosive training. His knowledge o Olympic liting and unctional training has beneted athletes in soccer, ice hockey, basketball, foorball, and handball, to name just a ew sports.
PAUL CATER Paul Cater enters his second year as an associate strength and conditioning coach or the Baltimore Orioles organization ater being hired in January o 2012 to help shit the culture o training in baseball towards higher orce exercise prescription. Cater came to the Orioles ater a 6 year stint in proessional rugby, primarily with London Wasps Rugby Club rom 2005-2010 where he worked as a rehab specialist. Hired to help accomplish similar culture changes in rugby, the team earned European, League and Domestic titles during his tenure. Ater starting his academic pursuits at University o Caliornia, Davis, where he played ootball or the successul Aggies rom 1995 to 2000. Cater continued his education in London, earning his Masters rom Middlesex University and his Poliquin CIPC level’s I, II and Bio Signature Certication. Seeking urther mentorship rom some o the top proessionals in applied European sport science, his prociency in both developing and maintaining power during longer competitive season cycles grew. With his ability to work within a diverse spectrum o sporting cultures while nding the most ecient solution or strength and power gain, he aims to continue the string o success with the world’s best players and organizations.

YVES NADEAU – SHORT TRACK COACH Yves Nadeau holds a level 5 coaching certication rom the Canadian Coaching Association (NCCP 1993) and a level 3 (1969) coaching certication rom the Canadian Ski Instructor’s Alliance. Mr. Nadeau started his coaching career in 1970, coaching canoeing and kayak. He was a rowing coach rom 1972 to 1976, when or the rst time one o his athletes participated in the Olympics. He started coaching Speed Skating in 1980. From 1982 to 1995, Yves Nadeau was Head Coach o the Canadian Short-Track team. During his ourteen years as Canadian National Coach, his athletes have been medalled over 200 times at World Championships and Olympics. The ladies and men he coached during that period were World Champions 14 times. Mr. Nadeau started doing consulting work or the International Skating Union (ISU) in 1992, giving seminars to coaches and running training camps. Over the years he has worked in Australia, Austria, Bulgaria, China, Czech Republic, France, Great Britain, Hong Kong, New Zealand, South Arica, Sweden and The Netherlands. Since leaving Canada in 1995 he has been National coach or France (1995 and 1996), Great Britain (1999 to 2001), and the Netherlands (2001 to 2003). In 2003 Yves Nadeau started working on an ISU development program or Eastern European countries, to help these countries prepare or the 2006 Turino Olympics. He ran seminars and training camps or coaches and junior athletes. The countries that participated in this program were: Austria, Byelorussia, Belgium, Czech Republic, Estonia, France, Great Britain, Hungary, Latvia, Kazakhstan, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Sweden, Switzerland. Apart rom speed skating and rowing, Yves Nadeau has also worked with proessional hockey players, triathletes, marathon runners, skiers and cyclists. During his coaching career Mr. Nadeau received many awards as a coach: • The “Lauréat Montréalais” in 1988, 1990,
1992, and 1994 • The Mérite Sportif Québecois in 1984,
1989, 1992, 1994 • The Longine Achievement Award in
1989, 1990,1991, 1992, 1993, 1994, 1995 In 1997 he was given the 3M award or his coaching career achievement. In 1993, Yves Nadeau was inducted in Speed Skating Canada Hall of Fame and 1999 in the “Club de la Médaille d’Or” Hall of Fame.
