Fillet Edges

Extrude the Top

 Apply a Fillet to the inner-underside edges to create these rounds

Create the top section by extruding a square 10mm

Extrude Supports Create circle sketches on the side of the legs  then extrude to create  the supports.

Extrude Legs Create the legs by extruding squares from the top surface

First create a New Part and start a sketch on the Top workplane. Draw a 50 x 50 mm square and Extrude  10mm On the bottom face of your newly created shape draw a 10 x 10 mm square in each corner and Extrude  50mm Start a sketch on one of the inner faces of the legs and draw two circles corresponding to two of the parallel supports, then Extrude  30mm Repeat step 3 for the remaining two supports  Apply a Fillet   of 5mm to the inside edges where  the legs meet the top.
