!"#$ #$ !% C&R!#'( C&R!#'( that on January )* )*15, the undersigned caused the serice of summons together +ith a copy of the complaint +ith its annees to defendant Justine icaprio at his gien address at Brgy Camino .ueo, .une/ &tension, Zamboanga City, as per information gien by an old lady in her mid 0*s +ho is also residing at the said address, and introduced herself as the mother of the defendant, and said to me that the defendant is not around at that time2 %n the)3rd day of January )*15, # returned to the same place to sere the summons and repeat this on the )4 th, )th, )0th, )9th, and the 3* th of the said month2 %n the )nd day of 'ebruary again # return to the defendants residence to see if he is there and to sered the summons and the copy of the complaint +ith its annees and +hen # called out the defendants name at the premises of their residence, again the mother of the defendant 6!he 6 !he same old lady # met on January )*, )3, )4, ), )0, )9, 3* )*157, sho+ed up and insist that the defendant her son is still not here +hen # sho+ed her again the summons together +ith a copy of the complaint +ith its annees to the defendant2  # eplained to her the importance of the summons # brought +ith me but she refused to sign the ac8no+ledge receipt and receie the summons and she refused to tell her name, and +hen as8ed +hy she +ould not receie the summons and tell her name she replied +ith a loud oice umalis na 8ayo: i 8o ra+ yan tatangapin sabe ni Justine 8ase 8alo8ohan lang yan: istorbo 8ayo: ;ith me +ho can attest to the said incident is
