Technologies are changing day by day' Technologies are playing main role in Airport2 bus station2 hospitals and etc' these days many school are using School management system for good and efferent management' 3ut in Sri .an4a fe$ schools are using School management system' Most schools in this country have do5ens of computers but they are only used for teaching the nformation Technology sub#ect and nobody uses them for Management purposes' Some restricted numbers of schools are using Microsoft Word2 Microsoft 67cel for their fe$ Administration and management "roposes' 8o$ever there are numerous tas4s that can be done by computers' 3ut they are manually calculating every thin4s finally using computers for designing printing purpose only' This is main problem in Sri .an4an Schools9 there are many factors involving in this problem &' mplementing Cost is high )' 67isting systems problems *' perator problem Therefor am implementing school management system for lese cost2 overcome $ith some e7isting problems' My school management system $ill have four main parts Students2 Teachers2 Account2 inventory and .ibrary management system' Those are most difficult tas4s for management' Which they have to perform manually at the beginning2 mid and end of each school year' At the end of every three month management needs to calculate students leave2 e7am mar4s and etc' for teachers they have to calculate leave2 salary details for every month and year $ise' nventory details also very important they need to 4no$ ho$ many chairs and tables are there in one class room and many more' .ibrary management as usual boo4s details and lenders details2 returning and paying payment for late boo4 submission these are some main tas4s my system going to handle' This school management system is designed for helping to management in Sri .an4a'
