In a Buddhist pagoda of China the monks taught me a very special form of prayer, an asana, a sacred posture for asking the Inner Buddha and in fact the particular Cosmic Mother of Inner Buddha. Instructions: first, kneel down; second, sit down on your heels in muslin style; third, open you arms in cross; fourth, praying to you Divine Mother, move with the arms open forward and backward, but remaining sited firm on the heels*.

Without the help of our Divine Mother it is impossible to eliminate this Ego’s Demons that live in the lunar bodies. The previous understanding of any psychological defect is indispensable before that the Divine Mother proceeds eliminating the submerged entity that is personifying it.

We will kneel down oriented towards East having in front a triangle of lightened candles, which will have one of the angles pointing East. We cross our arms on the chest – the right arm over the left arm – and will invoke our Blessed Mother Kundalini: “Blessed and beloved Mother of mine, I beg you of charity to get closer to me , to listen my prayers, powerful Mother Kundalini, my Venerable Mother; I am pleading and I am begging that you come to me

We do this request with the mantra for three times. And next, we open the arms in cross with the palms upwards, and we say with a lot of faith.
“ help me to observe, understand and analyze the psychological aggregate of… (laziness, gluttony, anger…) that are affecting so much my life… I beg you to give me light and comprehension to observe, discover, understand and eliminate it from my constitution, Blessed Mother Kundalini”. “I beg you in the name of the Christ, by the power of Christ, by the Majesty of Christ”. After finishing this prayer, continuing with the arms open in cross, we orient the palm downwards and begin the Sacred Asana pronouncing mantra RAM-IO in a continuous form and with strong voice in this manner:
“My Glorious and Blessed Mother Kundalini, give me physical and spiritual stimuli to enter on the Path and live profoundly the Gnosis”. Or we can ask also: “… I beg you of charity assist me and help me self observe myself and be in a state of self remembrance, to observe, my different psychological states”. “… help me to understand and overcome the situations that I live in my life in this moments, help me profoundly understand the causes that moved this circumstances”.
Continuing kneeled down and with the arms in cross, we do a profound inhalation and begin to vocalize RRRRRRRRRAAAAAAAAAAMMMMMMMm in this time moving all
the body backwards from the
bow from the waist until practically our head touches the ground, and here we finish the mantralisation.

The vocalization of the mantra RRRRRAAAAAAAMMMMMMIIIIIIIIIOOOOOOOOOO has to be continuous, in the same time balancing the body first backwards and after forwards. The mantra and the Sacred Asana has to be repeated per total three times after each prayer. Finally, when the three series of prayers have been done with the respective mantras and Asana, we cross the arms on the chest (right arm over the left arm).
