I. GÉNÉRALITÉS 1. Présentation du bureau d’études J’ai passé ma période de stage dans un bureau d’études privé qu i se localise à Khezama ouest
dans le gouvernorat de Sousse. C'est un bureau spécialisé dans le béton armé qui intervient dans les domaines du bâtiment et d'ouvrage d'art. La composition du bureau est comme suit : •

2. Durée du stage Le stage s’est effectué sur une durée
d'un mois comprise entre le 03 aout et le 02 septembre
2017.
3. Bilan de stage Ce stage m’a été personnellement bénéfique
et enrichissant pour améliorer mes
connaissances connaissances et pour la continuation de mes études et ma futur vie professionnelle. Grâce à ce stage, j’ai pu appliquer ce que j’ai appris durant les cours de béton armé et les
règles prises en comptes dans le calcul des structures en béton armé que j’ai étudiées à l’Ecole Nationale d’Ingénieurs de Tunis.
4. Travail réalisé L’objectif de ce stage était la conception et le dimensionnement d’un bâtiment sous sol +
R.D.C + 1 étage. La conception structurale comprend la lecture des plans d'architecture , le choix des éléments de la structure et l'élaboration des plans de coffrage . La conception se fait en utilisant le logiciel AutoCAD.

Préparation du plan de coffrage
La première étape consiste à mettre en place les poteaux dans le plan d’architecture d’un étage
au choix. Ensuite, on relie les poteaux avec les poutres et les raidisseurs et on rajoute le sens des nervures pour les dalles. Les dimensions de ces éléments de structure sont choisies pour une valeur minimale de chaque élément élément (Poteau 22x22 , poutre 21x22...). Le dimensionnement fait sur le logiciel Arche va nous donner les valeurs exactes de chaque élément. On doit donc changer les nouvelles dimensions dans les plans de chaque étage. Les figures ci-dessous montrent les plans de coffrage pour chaque é tage avant l’étape de dimensionnement dimensionnement en utilisant AutoCAD.

Présentation du logiciel arche Graitec
Arche Graitec est un logiciel pour pour les bureaux d'études, dédié dédié au calcul et à la production de plans de construction en béton armé. Il permet : •
le prédimensionnement, le calcul de descentes de charges, de contreventements et les analyses sismiques.

La production automatique des plans de ferraillage et les notes de calcul des éléments de structure (dalles, poutres, poteaux, semelles, soutènements, voiles, etc.).
•

Insertion du plan de coffrage dans Arche Graitec
L’utilisation de ce logiciel a pour but le calcul de la descente des charges appliquée au
sommet de chaque poteau. Celle-ci va nous permettre de dimensionner les poteaux, les poutres et les raidisseurs raidisseurs de la structure à travers travers ce même logiciel. Le chargement chargement des poutres s’effectue comme indiqué dans le tableau ci -dessous.
