WORK EXPERIENCE Program IT Test Manager May 2010 - present WellPoint, Inc | Healthcare Services Worked on several projects dealing with the migration of both pharmacy and medic al claim systems from Anthem and Blue Cross to ESI (Express Scripts) including M edicare (Runout, and Implementation) and the end of the year 1/1 readiness proje ct. The above projects involved solid knowledge of SDLC and detailed testing of 2009 and 2010 benefits as well as all of the new 2011 benefits as part of the 1/1 Re adiness project. During Runout, all of the DHL files (members and eligibility) w ere loaded from 2009 and 2010 which had to be tested against the 2009 and 2010 b enefits. Implementation entailed eligibility, accums, COB files, regression test ing, data history load (DHL), benefit build out, and all of this for both SIT an d UAT. Eligibility files were sent, then accums files were sent, claims were key ed against those files, and files were sent back to be validated. Those files we re then sent to Finance and Data Warehouse for final validation. I was responsib le for the overall testing of these projects. I had approximately 100 people rep orting to me, each a lead of their own area. I created daily status reports that went to upper management detailing the percentage complete in each area, risks and issues that had arisen and strategies to deal with them. I also created the daily defect report for each area, highlighting the most critical ones and the p ath to getting them resolved. The Medicare project alone affected approximately 1.8 million members.
