A staff’s personal motivation, emotional intelligence and self-image are key to how they perform, respond and lead. The Personal Leadership and Communication programme builds on existing strengths and focuses on the required attitude and behavioural changes needed to cope with the pace and fast-changing nature of modern life and business.
OBJECTIVES: To assist in the re-skilling and up-skilling of middle management employees employees to ensure that all participants, who may lack proper knowledge of middle level management but are well-endowed with real-life entrepreneur skills & concepts will not only be refreshed but also be able to deliver towards achieving high growth, innovation, efficiency and productivity within their organisation.
