It is for the flat panel antenna. Antenna installation requires qualified, qualified, professional personnel to operate, strictly based on the requirements of the installation manual. During antenna working course, in order to ensure optimum status of antenna, professional personnel should perform i nspection and maintenance periodically (once half a year).

adjusters together (please don t lock up the connecting bolts for later installation.) as ’
Figure 3. Remove the bolts M10 and flat washers on the one end of the azimuth adjustable screw, and remove the nuts, spring washer, flat washer and square block cushion on the other end of the azimuth adjustable screw ,as Figure 4. First, please insert the azimuth adjustable screw and two M10 х120 bolts into the azimuth pedestal, then, install the set of nuts, spring washers, flat washers and square cushion block , which are mentioned in Figure 4, on the on azimuth adjustable screw, as shown in Figure 5.
1.2.2 AS shown in Figure 6, rotate the hanging bracket azimuth pedestal to t he elevation pedestal hole, then install the removded bolt M10 , spring washer and flat washers mentioned in Section 1.2.2. As shown in Figure 7, lock the two bolts on the elevation adjuster. Finally, lock all standard accessories on the hanging bracket.

Hanging Bracket and Antenna Assembly
Before assembling the hanging bracket and the antenna, see Figure 8, please remove two sets of M10 bolts, spring washers and flat washers first, and then assemble the hanging bracket and the antenna together.
1.3.2
Anti-fall Clamp Installation
To ensure the safety during the processes of antenna installation and adjustment, user should install the anti-fall clamp before t he antenna installation.
1.3.2.1 Two bolts M6×95 and the anti-fall clamps, see Figure 9.

Antenna Adjustment
1.4.1
Azimuth Adjustment
1.4.1.1 Large-scale azimuth adjustment: appropriately loosen four nuts ① on the clamp ② of the antenna mounting bracket, as shown in Figure 11. Push antenna softly with human force, then the antenna can be turned 360 °around the mounting pipe. 1.4.1.2 Azimuth coarse adjustment: if opposite antenna can be reached by eyes, we will apply eyeballing to determine coarse azimuth. Conversely, if opposite antenna cannot be reached by eyes, we will use a compass, according to circuit design, to confirm coarse azimuth, and then lock part ①.

Elevation Adjustment
1.4.2.1 Fine elevation adjustment: appropriately loosen top and bottom connecting bolts ① between antenna and mounting bracket, rotate elevation adjusting bolt ② to make the antenna elevation adjusted. Then lock the above standard accessories. The range is ±15°, see Figure12.

Mounting the radio
2.1 Select one polarization based on circuit design while connecting antenna and ODU. The connecting introduced in this section takes vertical polarization . 2.2 As introduced in figure 12, make sure the ODU and antenna have the same polarization. Pull the drive nose of ODU into the groove, and fix the ODU on the connecting plate.

Antenna polarization
3.1 To change the polarization of the antenna, remove first the four screws by the port. Remove the four screws which holds the antenna and adapter together.
10
3.2 Remove the antenna from the adapter and turn it 90° clockwise. Before the antenna is again mouted on the adapter, the O-ring has to be cleaned and the position of it has to be controlled. Fix the antenna on the adapter with the f our screws.Tighten the screws with a torque of 5.5 Nm.±0.5Nm
