PROCEDIMIENTOS PARA LA REVISION DEL PMA
El responsable de la revisión remitirá al IPM de Travel Air, a través de partes del MTC, una carta de presentación con el logo tipo de la comp firma del Director Dir ector de Mantenimiento junto con un ejemplar de las páginas r y dos copias de la lista de páginas efectivas.
Una vez aprobada la revisión, con la refrenda del IPM en la lista de las efectivas, el Departamento de Control de Mantenimiento sacará copias su de las revisiones para su distribución a las diferentes áreas. REGISTRO DE ACTUALIZACIONES
El Departamento de Control de Mantenimiento, mantendrá un registro d enmiendas y revisiones que contenga cada número de manual y a que p o departamento hubiera sido asignado que incluirá también la fecha de inserción y fecha de vigente de las revisiones. . REVISIONES TEMPORA TEMPORALES LES
Debido a que este manual será periódicamente adecuado, modificado, re corregido, se insertaran revisiones temporales en hoja A4 color amaril

CAPITULO I. PROCEDIMI PROCEDIMIENTOS ENTOS DE INSPECCION 1.
INFORMACION GENERAL:
Travel Air EIRL, posee un Permiso de Operaciones de Transporte Aéreo No Regular, Transporte Aéreo Aéreo Especial Turístico y de Observación, con Operaciones en el Aeródromo Las Dunas de Ia ciudad de Ica y una Es
Línea en el Aeródromo Aeródromo “María Reiche” de la ciudad de Nazca. Las Las t
mantenimiento serán efectuadas por un Taller de Mantenimiento Aer (TMA) u Organización de Mantenimiento Aeronáutico (OMA) aprobad autoridad Aeronáutica, para tal efecto ambas partes celebraran un co mantenimiento.
El presente present e manual contiene co ntiene la información y los procedimientos procedimientos necesa el desarrollo de las labores de mantenimiento de la aeronave Cessna S Modelo 172 B que opera la Compañía.
Es de suma importancia resaltar que la aeronave Cessna 172B se e certificada bajo el Type Certificate Certificate Nº 3A12.

El Programa de Mantenimiento Aprobado (P.M.A.) (P. M.A.) se ha desarrollado con la de dar cumplimiento a lo dispuesto por: a) b) c) d)

PROGRAMA DE MANTENIMIENTO MANTENIMIENT O APROBADO (P.M.A.)
Travel Air E.I.R.L basado en las recomendaciones de Cessna y la experiencia pr compañia, ha desarrollado el Programa de Mantenimiento Aprobado Aprobado (P.M.A.) (P.M.A.) q en una serie de inspecciones del Avión, nominadas de 25, 50, 75,100 horas, Insp Especiales Especial es de 1000 horas, hor as, y RII. Así A sí como también el cumplimiento de Boletines d y Directivas de Aeronavegabilidad Aeronavegab ilidad,, Normas Técnicas Técnic as Complementarias y Normas Extraordinarias aplicables. Adicionalmente a la Guía de Inspección se dará estricto cumplimiento a las Servicio y Lubricación proporcionadas por el fabricante.
Asimismo, en el anexo “A” se encuentra el Programa de Aeronaveg
Continuada (CAP) desarrollado por TRAVEL AIR AIR E.I.R.L. en base al Manual publicado por Cessna Aircraft Company, como un complemento al Prog
Mantenimiento Aprobado por la DGAC, y en el Anexo “B” se encu
Supplemental Inspection Document (SID) desarrollado por TRAVEL AIR E base al Manual D138-1-13 Seccion 2ATR7 publicado por Cessna Aircraft C como un complemento al Programa de Mantenimiento Aprobado Aprobado por la DG 8.
FASES DE INSPECCIONES
En el Capitulo II de este programa se incluye unas guías de inspección de 25, 50 horas e Inspecciones Especiales de 1000 horas elaboradas por Travel Air EIRL e Ground handling/Servicing Inspection del Manual de Servicio del Fabricante. d) FASE DE 100 HORAS: Esta fase de inspección esta detallada en la Guía de Inspección de 100 horas todos los detalles de la Guía de Inspección de 25, 50, y 75 horas y deberá cu intervalos de 100 horas de operación, mas las Inspecciones Especiales (SP de Inspeccion Requerida (RII).

CAPITULO I. PROCEDIMI PROCEDIMIENTOS ENTOS DE INSPECCION
El mantenimiento será ejecutado por una organización de mantenimiento a (OMA) de acuerdo a la RAP 145. (135.1410 ( 135.1410 (a)(3). Los datos registrados por la tripulación en el registro técnico de vuelo (RT base fundamental para la programación de los eventos de mantenimiento los reportes de discrepancias surgidas durante un vuelo.
Basados en esta información el Departamento de Control de Mantenimiento estas horas de vuelo al sistema computarizado a fin de tener contro programación de cada una de las tareas de mantenimiento.
El encargado encarg ado del Departamen De partamento to del Control de Mantenimiento solicitara med carta y/o orden de trabajo con 10 horas de anticipación el cumplimiento de l de mantenimiento ( 50, 100, 200 horas ) al Taller de Mantenimiento Aeroná Aeroná u Organización de Mantenimiento Aeroná Aeronáutico utico (OMA) aprobadas por la DG
Debiendo elaborar el TMA/OMA la apertura de su orden de trabajo, re discrepancias y la apertura de todos los formatos de inspección conte correspondiente Manual de Procedimientos de Inspección (MPI) o Man Organización de Mantenimiento (MOM) en forma integral para su cumplim
El encargado o Control de Calidad del TMA u OMA autorizado por la DGAC DGAC que todas las tareas de mantenimiento, hayan sido satisfactoriamente cul los récords de mantenimiento hayan sido debidamente registrados y (Libreta de Avión, Motor y Hélice, como así también el ITV correspo Constituyendo este procedimiento la certificación de la aeronave para re servicio.

Para las inspecciones enunciadas como Pre y Post Vuelo, el fabricante Cessn Company, no ha contemplado en el manual de mantenimiento de la aeronave las mencionadas inspecciones, sin embargo Travel Air EIRL utilizando el me criterios criteri os propios y las recomendaci rec omendaciones ones de la D.G.A.C., ha elaborado un form el Pre/Post vuelo utilizando como referencia el Manual de Operaciones del fa copia del cual anexamos en las paginas II-2 al II-5 de este manual.
Para los efectos de Post Vuelo de esta aeronave, se utilizará la misma cartilla d Vuelo con las variantes aplicables para efectos de Post-Vuelo, ejemplo:

ITEMS DE INSPECCIÓN REQUERIDA. REQUERIDA.
Los Ítems que Requieren Inspección (R.I.I.) son aquellos trabajos en unidades ó en las cuales su mantenimiento, Alteración ó Reparación debe ser inspeccionad de concluido o completado por un Inspector ó su designado. Los Item que Inspección (R.I.I.) deben ser inspeccionados y firmados solamente por un autorizado.

Debido a la influencia principalmente de los elementos climatológicos, es importancia tomar en cuenta aspectos concernientes a la forma como se debe pr aeronave, para este efecto Cessna Aircraft Company describe en forma detalla sección 2 de su manual de Servicio N° D138-1-13, los procedimientos a seguir. abreviada podemos describir los siguientes periodos o lapsos de almacenamie Aeronave:
a) Preservación en Condición Operativa: Se define de este modo la condición la Aeronave va a permancer en tierra por un periodo máximo de 30 dias, sin qu sea corrido (REF. Manual de Servicio, Item 2-7). 2 -7).
b) Preservación Temporal: Se define como la condición en la que la Aeron permanecer en condición inoperativa por un máximo de 90 dias (REF. M Servicio, Item 2-8).
c) Preservación Indefinida: Se define como la condición en que la Aeron permanecer en condición inoperativa por un periodo indefinido de tiempo (REF de Servicio, Item 2-9). NOTA:
Adicionalmente es altamente recomendable el frecuente lavado con agua dul superficies de la Aeronave, encerado y limpieza, como asi tambien el uso de cub plugs en los orificios de ventilación, de preferencia la aeronave debe debe permanecer un hangar sobre todo en las proximidades del mar.Sign up to vote on this title

Remover el cowling del motor e inspeccionar por fugas (aceite, gasolina), mangueras y VERIFICAR cables por rozamiento, y la toma de aire por obstrucción, instalar el cowling y verificar que no hayan broches, tornillos sueltos. Nivel de aceite del motor. No operar con menos de 6/4 Qts.(Correcto nivel 8/4 Qts.) VERIFICAR Tapa de aceite del motor cerrado correctamente. CHEQUEAR Respiradero del carter del motor por obstrucción. Filtro de Combustible: Antes del primer vuelo del día y después de cada recarga de combustible, jalar la perilla del drenador del filtro principal de combustible cerca de 04 segundos para limpiar el filtro VERIFICAR de posible contenido con tenido de agua o sedimentos, verifi car que quede bien cerrado cerrado el drenaje. Si se observa agua continuar drenando. NOTA: Si combustible no está libre de contaminantes y agua, (aeronave NO-GO). CHEQUEAR Controles de motor por condición general, recorrido y libre operación. CHEQUEAR Cableado, espué, y sistema de ignición VERIFICAR Filtro de aire del sistema de inducción deberá ser inspeccionado y limpiado de ser necesario Ref. CAPITULO II. INSPECCION DE PREVUELO
OPERACIÓN EN CLIMA FRIO La zona de operación de esta Aeronave (Costa peruana), no ofrece condic operación en clima frio, sin embargo creemos creemos conveniente tomar en cuenta las recomendaciones: En adición a la inspección de prevuelo prevuelo normal, remueva el hielo, hielo, nieve y escarc alas, cola, superficie de control y bisagras, helice, parabrisas, tapas de re combustible, líneas líneas de ventilación ventilación de combustible, combustible, si usted usted no tiene manera esta formaciones de hielo, nieve y escarcha evite la operación de la aeronav depositos pueden cambiar cambiar los perfiles aerodinamicos y perturbarlos considerabl destruirlos, constituyendo un grave peligro para la seguridad de vuelo. Durante condiciones extremas de frio, puede ser necesario precalentar el aceite antes del arranque, un arranque con el aceite congelado en el sistema sistema puede pro indicación de presión de aceite normal pero la misma puede disminuir cuando residual dentro del motor es bombeado dentro del sumidero conteniendo aceite co esta aeronave no cuenta con sistema de precalentador de aceite, por lo que la ope climas extremadamente frio no es permitido (-05º C). CAPITULO II. INSPECCION DE PREVUELO USO DE FUENTE EXTERNA
Durante el uso de planta auxiliar o fuente externa de energia debemos tomar en c siguientes precauciones:
1. Esta aeronave esta equipada con un sistema sistema eléctrico de polo negativo a tie vital importancia asegurarnos de conectar el teminal positivo de la planta auxi terminal positivo del receptáculo de la aeronave y el terminal negativo con e negativo del receptáculo. TAXEO Y CORRIDA DE MOTOR
El Taxeo como en cualquier otro avión deberá hacerse tomando las debidas preca fin de evitar daños a la aeronave, al equipo en tierra o a personas.
Particular cuidado se tomara a fin f in de comprobar el correcto funcionamiento del si frenos antes de iniciar el rodaje.
Para las corridas del motor, se utilizará un área debidamente habilitada, el mecánic del mantenimiento de la aeronave, tomará la precaución de verificar verificar la disponibili extintor de fuego, una persona apropiadamente calificada (asistente) permanecer momento fuera de la aeronave, en coordinación, vigilando el área y alertara al m abordo sobre cualquier eventualidad como así también estará listo para la utiliz extintor de incendio en caso de ser necesario. Las siguientes acciones serán tomadas antes de iniciar la corrida de m otor.

SERVICE BULLETINS/AIRWORTHINES DIRECTIVES Check that all applicable Cessna Service Bulletins and Supplier Service Bulletins are complied with. A compliance record shall be filled every inspection. Check that all applicable Airworthiness Directives, Normas Técnicas Complementarias and RAP´s are complied with. Ensure all Maintenance Maintena nce Record Entries required by RAP´s are completed before returning the airplane to service. DESCRIPTION Drain all fuel and inspect interi or of rubber fuel cells for checks and cracks, and the area around the filler opening for visible defects. On metal fuel tanks, remove the wing skin above th e tanks and check for deformed metal, 1 chaffing, condition of straps and rubber pads, and security. On rubber or metal tanks, check outlet screens for contamination. These are coarse screens, designed to filter out larger foreign particles. Magnetic compass for security, fluid di scoloration, leaks, lighting and proper proper operation. Accuracy of the compass on all cardinal headings should be checked whenever equipment replacement, replacement, modification, or relocation might 2 cause compass deviation, and at engine overhaul periods (or approximately approximately 1000 hours). Compensate the compass and record deviation on the compass correction card.

PASOS DE INSTALACION DE PEDALES: (Ref. figura 7 y 5 de la Memoria Técnica) a) Remover Registro del Mecanismo de los Pedales, confeccionada confeccionada según lo indicado en la figura 5 de la Memoria Técnica. b) Instalar los pedales en F.S. 6.5, instalar instalar 02 pernos P/N AN3-11A, del ARM RUDDER BAR y 02 pines P/N MS20392-2C15 del LINK-DUAL BRAKES. F.S. 6.5, por retiro de 02 pernos P/N AN3-11ª, AN3-11ª, del ARM RUDDER BAR y 02 pines P/N MS20392-2C15 del LINK-DUAL BRAKES. b) Instalar tapa de registro confeccionada según lo lo indicado en la figura 4 de la Memoria Técnica.
