2.0 INTRODUCTION
Health lifestyles are broad and potentially unobservable orientations that organize patterns of behaviors that derive from knowledge and norms about what constitutes healthy, stress relieving, or pleasurable behaviors. Health lifestyle perspectives emphasize those individual choices about health behaviors are influenced by the social, cultural, and economic forces that frame and constrain individual choices. (Onge, 2017). Healthy lifestyle describes as a behavior of human being on balancing their health and wealth. In this materialistic era, people running a life which concentrated in the wealthy and luxury lifestyle compared to healthy and peaceful lifestyle. Healthy lifestyle is been associated with sociodemographic factors such as race/ ethnicity, age, gender, and geographic regions. These factors are major points in human being practice unbalance in health and wealth. For examples, Indian peoples eats spicy food and Man’s usually drinks alcohol in occasional. So they will practice their cultural tradition by hereditary without knowing it’s a healthy practices or not. In my research on healthy lifestyle, there has been discussed on challenges on managing healthy lifestyle in nowadays adults life and the overcome strategies of the challenges discussed earlier.

3.0 CHALLENGES OF MANAGING HEALTHY LIFESTYLE 3.1 Lifestyle Changes
Lifestyle Changes are one of the challenges in managing healthy lifestyle in nowadays adults’ life. Normally lifestyle changes are made huge changes in humans eating habits, exercising practices, supplementary consumptions, stressful working life, and family time. Nowadays busy lifestyle lifest yle made humans to rush in their daily dail y life tasks and made them forgot on healthy lifestyle practices such as eating balanced diet food, exercising regularly, and many more. As the era is change to technological term, humans are prefer instant and fast foods in order to run behind the fastest world and eats unhealthier foods such as instant noodles, burgers, fries and more which contains more cholesterol and fats. These foods leads to chronic diseases caused to them. Our daily food should contain all the balance diet elements such as carbohydrates, protein, fats, vitamins, fiber and minerals. Lack of these sources will make the body weak and sick. si ck. Moreover regular exercises are forgotten by b y human beings due to their time insufficiency.
3.1.1 Overcome Lifestyle Changes
In order to overcome lifestyle changes, humans needs to practices a healthy lifestyle in their daily task such as drinks more warm water, eat balanced diet food, exercise regularly, avoid electronic devices before sleep and sleep early. Human beings should practice eating balanced diet foods at home where t heir children also will follow f ollow these practices and get a healthier life. At least, once in a week, they t hey can do exercise with their family members where all of them get fits and steady.

3.2 Demographic factors
Demographic factors are the next point of challenges on managing healthy lifestyle. This is because of demographic factors such as age, gender, income, education and ethnicity et hnicity makes the person to follow on their desire or tradition practices since child to adult. For example, a kid will prefer eat delicious foods like chocolates, sweets and candies perhaps healthier food like fruits and vegetables. But the kid’s parents just get the food which she prefer in order to make her eat but not educate her on the benefits of foods. When the kid grows older, the eating habits will also be according to their desires but not by the needs. Moreover some parents are low income workers where they buy foods based on their income and they might not be able to provide food which contains all balanced diet ele ment.
3.2.1 Overcome Demographic factors
Parents should teach children on the benefits of eating healthy food. They should educate their children about the food pyramids since child. This practice will helps them to implement eating balanced diet food even if they grow older; they manage their daily eating habits by including the basic elements of balanced diet.

4.0 Conclusion
Healthy Lifestyle is a mix of numerous things, including balanced diet food, consistent exercise and a positive attitude. Taking care on our body and feeling is pride in your achievements can enhance both your physical and emotional well-being. There are numerous ways to enhance our personal satisfaction - enhancing our eating routine and practicing frequently are the most straightforward strides. Regardless of how little we begin like adding an apple a day to your diet or walking 5 minutes a day can roll out an improvement and a change in your life.
