Whereas, on August 30, 2011, the TENDER is deemed accepted for the setoff of the ACCOUNT, pursuant to and and evidenced by the records records enclosed herewith. herewith. THEREFORE, I. B. Principle, hereinafter "PRINCIPAL", requests that the balance of the ACCOUNT be adjusted to Zero dollars dollars ($0.00) to reflect reflect the ledgering ledgering of said said TENDER.
