Our old Science for New Generation Today's generation may be unaware about it, but this is the science of our own culture. Our forefathers were equipped with this science and so it is very necessary for us to have some information about it. So I would would like to share my own experience with you all. Seven years ago one young man of 28 years had several gastric problems. He took many medications for this but they were not fruitful. One day I had an encounter with him on my camp and he made me aware about his problem. So, I made him sit besides me and checked both the thumbs of his legs. I found out that the thumb of right leg was almost half an inch bigger in size than the thumb of left leg. Just within 3 minutes I brought his navel in the center and suddenly he was relieved from his pain. After that I told him to take necessary precautions and since that day till now he has never experienced that pain again. Just think how much he might have suffered in those five years and also how much money he might have spent behind this treatment. If he might have known about this science before than he wouldn’t have spent so much of his money. So I thought to make people aware about this thi s science. Now if navel gets displaced people suffer from various disease the root cause is navel and treatment is done of other body parts. Obviously the disease will not get cured if the problem is navel displacement. Modern science and doctors are not at all aware about this process. They just give us various medications and tell us to do number of laboratory tests. Actually it is not their fault also because they themselves have not studied about this science. Also there is no treatment for this kind of problem in modern science. ‘Nabhi’ means navel. Ayurveda also believes in science of navel. It is also mentioned in yoga science. Today also people in villages are well aware about this. Whenever loose motions or any other gastric problems occurred to people, then elders always used to check their navel. Today, this thing is forgotten in cities. People always run to doctors for trivial matters.
A baby in women’s womb gets all its nutrients through navel only, so imagine how much of importance does it holds? Ayurveda tells that if there is any disfunctioning in stomach then there are chances that you may suffer from many diseases because stomach contains many important elements. Liver, gall-bladder, small intestine, large intestine, kidney, urinary tract and in women uterus, these elements or parts are of great importance. If there are any glitches in functioning of these parts then it may have adverse effects on functioning of other parts of the body. If navel is not at its place then it may damage several parts of the body. And until and unless you don’t do its treatment all your efforts goes in vain. If navel moves from its original place then it will create pressure on other parts of the body where it moves and so it will result in stretching of those parts. In short, it will have bad effects on all the parts in stomach. All the parts of the body are interconnected with one another. So obviously it will have bad effects on other parts of the body too. It is very necessary to treat the disease from its roots. According to yoga science there are seven circles in our body. One of them Manipur circle is situated in the navel. Manipur circle is the main centre of energy. Just imagine the condition if it gets displaced? The production house of whole body Manipur circle, if it moves from its own place then obviously the energy of our whole body will get spoiled.

REASONS OF DISPLACEMENT OF NAVEL CENTER
1. Gastric problems in stomach 2. Wrong way of walking 3. Wrong manner of sleeping 4. Incorrect way of sitting 5. Life style 6. Food habits 7. Due to kicking 8. Excessive Driving of two wheelers on rough roads 9. Due to walking very fast 10. Climbing in train or bus while running 11. While climbing high steps 12. Due to driving while sitting in a slant position. It is not necessary that the navel gets displaced due to the above mentioned reasons. It is possible that it may get displaced.
Navel can move in & different positions. 1. It can move in upward direction problems that can be caused due to this. => Problem of thyroid gland, problem of neck bone, heart problem, high blood pressure, accanalahon of fats in the body, breathing problems, Arthritis, disfunctioning of liver, reduction in hemoglobin, irritable nature. 2. If it moves downwards then? => You feel giddy low blood pressure, pain in body, muscular dystrophy, disease of eyes and nose, Irregularity in menstruation of females. 3. If it moves in right direction towards the centre then? => Pain in back bone, diabetes, gastric problems, low hemoglobin level 4. If it moves in left direction towards the centre then?
=> Diabetes, Acidity, Gas, burps, foot sore, back pain, constipation. 5. If it moves towards right side in upward direction then? => High blood pressure, pain in right side of stomach, pain in ankle of left leg, brain tumor. 6. If it moves towards left side in upward direction then? => Psychological problems, mind related problems, high blood pressure or low blood pressure. Lungs get filled with water flow of blood becomes slow, fear in mind; mind gets filled with bad thoughts, diseases of neck and eyes. 7. If its moves towards right side in downward direction then? => Diabetes, low blood pressure, giddiness problems of liver, kidney, pain in joints, back pain, paralysis, pain in knees, various diseases related to stomach, nature becomes very irritable. 8. If it moves toward left side in downward direction then? => Diabetes, giddiness, problem of liver, kidney, heart related problems, back pain, low blood pressure, pain in knees.
How will you if your navel gets displaced? 1. Measure the thumbs of two legs. If your navel has moved then your thumbs will not be of same size. 2. If you press your thumb you will feel vibration in your navel. If you don’t feel that vibration it means that your navel is displaced. 3. Measure all the three lines of smallest finger of your hand. If it doesn’t meet in one straight line it means that your navel is displaced. 4. Measure the nipples of your chest from navel. If the navel is displaced then it will not be of same measure.

Measures to Get the navel back at its place Try all these measures empty stomach in morning 1. Stretch both the thumbs of your legs 2. Pressurize on your navel and on the areas samoanding it. 3. Do yogasan named “Ardha - Halasan” given in this book 3 to 5 times a day. 4. Breathe out and keep it out. There are several other ways to cure navel displacement.
