AB A BOUT CYL Confederation of Young Leaders (CYL) has been in organizing national and international congresses & conventions to unleash I ndia’s soft power potential. CYL has successfully led Track II Diplomatic dialogues between foreign missions and young people in India and is distinguished to be the only youth organization working in this sphere. The Confederation has implemented several programmes at the global level for making the world citizenry aware regarding the need for Track II diplomatic dialogues in order to promote young people to people friendship with partner countries. In this connection, several youth dialogues have been conducted by the Confederation in collaboration with various foreign missions in India. The youth dialogue series has drawn wide attention from the political and academic circles of India including from the Hon’ble Prime Minister of India Shri. Narendra Modi. Apart from Youth Youth Dialogues, CYL has led and partnered with several institutions of national importance, policy makers, governments and international bodies for organizing events, workshops, programs for national and global development.

PROGRAM OVERVIEW The National Summer Program on International Relations and Foreign Policy one of its kind initiative under the aegis of the Confederation of Young Leaders (CYL) and the Indian Institute of Governance and Leadership (IIGL). It has been designed as intensive 5-Days program focused on international international relations, public diplomacy, foreign policy, international organizations, public policy , leadership, governance and public administration. administration. The Program has been conceptualized for aspiring professionals professionals in the field of International International Development, Public Policy, Diplomacy, Human Rights and allied fields with active support and cooperation from the National Institute of Diplomacy (NID). It provides a perfect platform for incubation of future public leaders. 60 Changemakers from all across the country would converge at the National Capital, New Delhi for the five day immersive and intensive experience. The program flow shall be piloted by various serving Diplomats, pioneers in the field of International Relations and Diplomacy, Senior Bureaucrats, Think Tanks, academicians, as well as international business professionals. The Program has been conceptualized and designed under the expert guidance of the stellar Advisory and Governing Council of CYL, IIGL and NID which includes Former Governors, UN Advisors, Vice Chancellors, decorated Bureaucrats to deliver one of the best comprehensive learning experiences.
CYL's programs and initiatives have been endorsed and acknowledged by the Vice President of India, Prime Minister of India, Finance Minister of India, External Affairs Minister of India among many other Union Ministers and people of eminence. CYL is also privileged to have received acknowledgements from Governors and Chief Ministers of 16 States in India.
