the background, cooking, cleaning the house and bringing up the children. In this era of globalization, the situation has changed tremendously. Modern women share the responsibilities of leading the world as much as the men. We have women ministers, general managers and pilots. No longer are women considered the “weaker” sex. They are on equal footing with men. They are emancipated. emancipated. In my opinion, I think women make better leaders than men. First of all, women are more disciplined in neither attitude nor work. Unlike men who are easily distracted by beauty, money and power, women tend to be more determined on their path. Thus, they are capable to put across their ideas to their followers in the most convincing and coherent manner without being windbags or spellbinders. The determination that women have will definitely promotes the ability to think clearly, arrange the ideas in the most logical manner, and present them before the followers. It is no doubt that women are indeed better leaders than men. Besides that, women who being more sensitive than men makes them to understand their followers better. This is the nature that women are gifted with and it can contribute to an improvement of the followers’ performances. For example, women care more for their followers’ problems compared to men who only think of the productivity would have built a good relationship between both parties. The constant interaction that happens does motivate the followers to work harder and take in the leader’s order more effectively. What is more, being a sensitive creature, women are always alert to the changes in the surrounding. It makes women to be an observant leader that can detect their followers’ conditions easily either in work, health or personal complications. complications. Furthermore, rational and tolerable are also the aspects that women have in them but rarely in men which become the reason of why women make
better leaders than men. Generally, men are born to be more aggressive and hot-tempered. On the contrary, women were researched to be calmer and gentle in nature. Based on the scientific outcomes, it is deniable that men prone to lose control of their emotions easily and may resort to violence. Women on the other hand, have the ability to control their emotions which will result to a better solution for the problem occurred. This is very significant because followers are more comfortable to be under a tolerable leader to face any obstacles. Therefore, it is true that women do make better leaders than men. In a nutshell, it would be for our benefits if human race can discard this prejudice of women being inferior to men. For the most part of man’s history, men have been leaders. If we are mature enough to look at the facts of our world, we have to admit that women are also capable to make better leaders than men. Thus, they should not be discriminated but to be given an opportunity to run the world for further development to a life with better quality.
