1. GENERAL HAZARD Flammable Liquid; may release flammable vapors when temperatures are at or over the flash point. Toxic gases will form upon combustion.
2. FIRE FIGHTING INSTRUCTIONS Allow fire to burn out under controlled conditions or Fight fire from a safe distance, extinguishing with foam , dry chemical , carbon dioxide or dry sand. Do not use directly “WATER” to extinguish to avoid the danger of fire spread that may be caused by floating flammable material on the water surface. But if possible to do without hazard, use water spray to cool fire exposed surface and isolate material from heat .
3. EXTINGUISHING MEDIA Carbon dioxide, foam , dry chemical or dry sand
4. FIRE FIGHTING EQUIPMENT Respiratory and eye protection required for fire fighting personnel. Full protective equipment(Bunker Gear) and a self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA) should be used for all indoor fires and significant outdoor fires. For small outdoor fires, which may easily be extinguished with a portable fire extinguisher, use of an SCBA may not be required.
5. HAZARDOUS COMBUSTION PRODUCT Smoke, fumes and oxide of carbon

6.ACCIDENTAL RELEASE MEASURES 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6.
Provide maximum ventilation. Personal protection should be used. Remove all sources of ignition. Contain spilled liquid with sand or earth. Avoid runoff into storm sewers and ditches which lead to waterways. Take up spilled material with sawdust, vermiculite or other absorbent material and place in a disposal container.
7. HANDLING AND STORAGE 1. Handling in sufficiently ventilated areas. 2. Handling in closed areas requires local ventilation. 3. Keep container closed. Loosen closure cautiously before opening. 4. Store in a cool, well ventilated place away from incompatible materials. 5. Keep away from heat, sparks and flame. Protect material from direct sunlight.
8. EXPOSURE CONTROLS AND PERSONAL PROTECTION
1. RESPIRATORY PROTECTION : In confined or poorly ventilated areas, use an approved positive pressure self-contained breathing apparatus.
2. SKIN PROTECTION : Use imperishable gloves to this material , such as made from butyl rubber . 3. EYE PROTECTION : Use safety glasses. Wearing goggles is better. 3. EXPOSURE GUIDELINE : Confer No.11 (TOXICOLOGICAL INFORMATION)
