If the Alarm ID is greater than 10000, then the alarm state was s et at this time. If the Alarm ID is less than 10000, then the alarm state was cleared at this time. The second piece of information is the ID of the alarm event. If the Alarm ID is greater than 10000, then the Alarm ID corresponds to an alarm flag in the 1XXXX range
