Ernest Vinaya Kumar 1944ERNEST VINAYA KUMAR was born in Hyderabad in the year 1944. He is a Graduate in Science and Postgraduate in Education and psychology from Osmania University. After his graduation he worked as a Clerk in various Government Departments for a couple of years.
