I’m a supplier, so I have a great problem of qouted Lower than the manufacturer they are high price than the price I qouted to the procurement highly happy if comments be assisted.

Dear Sir, I studied your above subjected letter but i am not getting the solution regarding to the negotiation with vendor for direct materials i.e. regular materials which we consumed in automotive factory. hence you are requested to please advice me how to write effective email/letter/communication to vendors about to get price reduction in direct materials
