Sampailah kita pada pembahasan KUNCI PERFORMA MESIN 4 TAK, yaitu Dynamic yaitu Dynamic Compression Ratio, Ratio, alias rasio kompresi dinamis, lebih mudah dipahami sebagai tekanan dalam sebuah silinder. Ini adalah sebuah konsep penting dalam membangun sebuah karakter mesin ber performa tinggi. Sudah siap? Ayo tariiikkk mang… Hehehe Hal pertama yang harus kita tanamkan adalah “rasio kompresi (RK)” seperti biasa dibahas para tuner handal lebih cenderung pada “Rasio Kompresi Statis” Statis”.. Adalah konsep sederhana menghitung perbandingan antara kapasitas mesin saat piston menghisap dalam sebuah silinder kemudian didorong dipadatkan ke ruang diatas permukaan piston kedalam ruang bakar saat berada di Titik Mati Atas (TMA). Knalpot berperan penting dalam melepas panas hasil dari ledakan kompresi. 30% pentingnya dalam mesin performa tinggi
Misal, sebuah silinder memiliki displacement 125cc 125cc dan volumecombustion volumecombustion chamber 15cc 15cc ( sudah di plus-plus volume ketebalan paking, jenong piston, coakan coakan klep, jarak tepi piston ke bibir blok, dll) maka maka RK akan didapat dengan dengan rumusan, RK = (V1/V2) + 1 = (125/15) + 1 = 9.33 ,alias mimik premium premium masih oke nih mesin. Jika kita melakukan melakukan papasan pada cylinder head sebanyak 0.5mm dan mengurangi volume ruang bakar menjadi 12.5cc maka rasio kompresi sudah tembus 11 : 1 alias kudu minum pertamax. Dari sini sini saja kita sudah harus berhati-hati dan teliti teliti tentang pemilihan pemilihan bahan bakar yang bagus untuk untuk mesin kita. Sekaligus menjawab pertanyaan mengapa ketika melakukan melakukan bore up, motor malah molor dan seringkali ngelitik atau bahkan overheating karena ketidakcocokan bahan bakar dengan suasana hati mesin, tengkar deh… :) deh… :) Jangan lupa Bore Up juga mempengaruhi, misal kapasitas didongkrak menjadi 150cc sedangkan head dipapas lagi sehingga volume ruang bakar tinggal 12.5cc, maka RK tembus di angka 13 : 1 yang sudah kudu mimik bensol. Masa iya motor gini mau dipakai harian? Pom bensin yang jual bensol dimana ya om… Hehehe Semua orang tahu bahwasanya Mesin Performa Tinggi memiliki tipikal rasio kompresi tinggi. Semua halaman buku performa selalu bicara gampangnya, Semakin tinggi rasio kompresi maka semakin tinggi Kuda-Kuda tenaga yang dihasilkan. Bisa dipastikan pula peningkatan rasio kompresi sekaligus memperbaiki efisiensi efisiensi volumetris dan respon punti ran gas. Jadi kenapa gak di pol-pol in aja madetin dome piston ke r uang bakar dan melejitkan RK setinggi langit seperti guru-guru kita jaman TK mengajarkan untuk menggantungkan cita-cita cita-cita setinggi langit huahaha… Ternyata semua itu tidak b erjalan linier. Kompresi baru dimulai jika dan hanya hanya jika klep intake sudah tertutup penuh sempurna tentu saja klep klep exhaust juga masih masih kondisi tertutup. Dan saat saat itulah campuran campuran udara/bahan bakar dipadatkan! dipadatkan! Rasio kompresi saat klep intake benar-benar sudah tertutup itulah yang dinamakan Rasio Kompresi Dinamis.
RKD adalah kondisi pemadatan udara-bahan bakar yang sesungguhnya harus dihitung, bu kan RK saja. Setiap siklus dalam mesin 4 langkah terjadi memakan proses sebanyak 180 derajat kruk as, sehingga lang kah kompresi hanya tinggal 180 – 180 – 80 80 derajat = 100 derajat! Pinter… Nah, berarti langkah kompresi kita gak 100 p ersen dong? Ya iya lah… tadi kan diatas udah dijelasin kalau nilai RKD pasti lebih kecil dari RK. Gampangnya jika langkah kompresi diprosentasekan maka 100 / 180 derajat x 100 % = 55 %. Jadi jika kita punya mesin dengan RK 1 0 : 1 maka rasio kompresi sesungguhnya tinggal 5 .5 : 1, gitu? Maka inputnya adalah Bore = 55.2 / 25.4 (dari mm dipindah ke inch) = 2.173 inches, Stroke = 54/25.4 = 2.12 inches, Rod length = 3.77 inches, static comression comression ratio 14,5 : 1, inlet valve close 90 derajat setelah TMB. Tentu saja untuk mengetaui perbandingan arah modifikasi kita, misal dari situ kita bisa riset menaikkan lagi kompresi rasionya, atau riset setingan setingan cam atau posisi dial y ang lain. Tentu dipandu alat dynotest atau tukang seting yang feelingnya feelingnya kuat, lebih gampang bikin mesin kencang. Contoh mesin jupiter standard inlet valve close pada 65 derajat, jika ingin modifikasi street performance, maka cukup naikin rasio kompresi standard awalnya 9 : 1 , bisa dibuat jadi 10.5 : 1 dengan bahan-bakar pertamax, maka rasio kompresi dinamisnya akan berada pada point 8.3 : 1, ini p ersis seperti apa yang dibilang diatas. Kalau nilai rasio kompresi sudah diperoleh maka tinggal mengatur porting area mau dipatok di RPM berapa, yang pasti jangan lebih tinggi dari 9.000 9.000 – – 10.000 10.000 RPM. Kita baca dulu sumber inspirasinya, pelajari, ditiru hitungannya, baru dikembangkan. Pertama, kesemuanya adalah setting an mio yang dipakai harian dam bore up mesin tidak lebih dari 150 cc. Kedua , masih banyak mengandalkan part standard seperti karburator standard , dan knalpot standard modif ( bobok ). Selanjutnya, modifikasi modifikasi kepala silinder seperti porting polished polished , bubut cam bo leh dilakukan. Sistem pengapian bebas, ada yang mengandalkan cdi brt du al band. Setting cvt bebas, penggantian roller dan pir cvt tidak diharamkan. Syarat terakhir yang ban yak disuka peminat MurMerCeng adalah dana tidak boleh lebih dari 2 jutaan. Oke lah kalau beg- b eg- begitu :D

Noken as standard kita bubut base circle nya hingga menggapai lift 6,5 milimeter. Kelar modifikasi kepalas silinder dan blok, pengerjaan lanjut di leher knalpot diganti lebih besar 2 milimeter dari standard. Sarangan dirubah ulang oleh cak sahek. ga tau gimana modelnya, dan ga perlu tau . . yang penting suara halus dan lari ngibrit. ^_^ Setingan karburator menyesuaikan spec terbaru dilakukan penggantian pilot jet dengan milik honda tiger berukuran #42. Untuk penyuka akselerasi, maka roller diganti dengan 8 gram, dan pir cvt 1500 rpm untuk menambah torsi diputaran bawah dan menengah.

Tes akselerasi ringan banget, topspeed lumayan lumayan kalo sesekali ditarikin di jalan sepi bisa 120 kpj di trek 500 meter. Tak lengkap kita bawa do ng ke ruang dynotesting. Hasil akhir rata-rata keluaran tenaga mio kohar 150cc yang di majalah berada di 9dk, 5 0 % lebih gede daripada standardnya… hmmm… Coba kita gas ke banyuwangi motor. Jika selama ini kita berkutat dengan rasio kompresi statis yang selalu dicantumkan dalam brosur, pada dasarnya salah satu penentu performa mesin yang sebenarnya bukanlah nilai kompresi statis, statis, namun kompresi kompresi dinamis. Bro dan dan sis semua… Akhirnya jumpa lagi dalam Edukasi yang kangbro lakukan ini, hemmm tepatnya dipertemuan yang ke 6 ini, materi yang kita bahas masih sama seperti hari-hari kemarin yakni mengenai basic dasar yang harus kita ketahui sebelum pembahasan mengenai jeroan-jeroan daripada mesin (khusunya motor bakar 2tak & 4 tak). Terusan artikel kangbro kemarin mengenai cara menghitung cc atau kapasitas mesin (klik untuk melihat artikel ), nah jika dilihat penghitungan cc suatu mesin itu hanya mencangkup perkalian dan pembagian dari diameter silinder dan panjang langkah piston. Berarti penghitungan cc tidak termasuk penghitungan kapasitas mesin secara total yang mencangkup ruang bakar. Lah berarti ruang bakar ada sendiri volumenya..? betul betul ada sendiri, biasanya biasanya kalau kita hitung pakai rumus matematika juga bisa, tetapi lebih gampangnya biasanya dipakailah sebuah cairan untuk mengetahui kapasitas dari ruang ruang bakar. bakar. Oww gitu toh..? terus kalau menghitung kapasitas total suatu mesin gimana ya..? Nah kalau itumah malah gampang…tinggal kita jumlah saja s aja hasil penghitungan cc yang didapat dari perhitungan diameter silinder dengan langkah piston (klik disini untuk melihat cara menghitung) ditambahkan kapasitas ruang bakar.
