This department set goals and o(7ectives of the organization and esta(lish criteria, methods, techniques to achieve these targets. 4ut the $afeez Iq(al >il and 8hee Industry is lack of this department in its proper form. Its management considers the $0 activities as admin B $0 department and $0 main focus is on recruitment, selection, compensation, and evaluation. Thats why there is no qualified, profess ional admin manager. The $0 manager is also given e6tra duty of administration and $0 manager due to its good working reputation. That manager mostly focuses his attention employees compensation, recruitment selection and evaluation. $e is also very sensitive for staff punctuality and remains on round after some time to check the working of employees. >n the other hand (ecause of lack of this department,
