How to Do with Drilling Mud Desander Failures ? When we running desander cyclone there should produce discharge jet type, while the nozzle has a small suction. If you do not have a steady jet and suction pressure, Desander cyclone is not working properly, it should be timely maintenance. Need to understand the maintenance desander common faults, their causes and solutions. Fault 1: the discharge port bonding, liquid and solid phase bonding. Reason: solid-phase overload. Workaround: Reduce solid content: Increase the number of cyclone desander check whether vibrating sieve cloth is damaged, check the shaker bypass is closed, reducing ROP. Failure 2: liquid loss is too great. Solution: Turn off the device, and clear the nozzle blockage, disconnect the upper flange to remove the blockage. Check vibrating sieve cloth, transfer large nozzle boot device when the cycle.
