Detailed working drawings for any of the designs illustrated in this publication are available from Central Mortgage and Housing Corporation at a cost of $15.00 plus municipal and provincial taxes where these are applicable. Four copies are provided and extra copies, if required, may be obtained for $3.75 each plus taxes.

Prospective home owners should consult builders in the area in which they intend to build for information regarding the cost of construction for any of the designs in this book. The working drawings do not include a bill of materials; this can be discussed with a builder or building supply company. Purchasers who wish to make changes in the house plans should discuss their proposals with the local offices of CMHC before working drawings are ordered. It should be noted, however, that CMHC does not provide an architectural service for design changes. To facilitate receipt of drawings, orders should be sent direct to the Supervisor, Office Services Department, Central Mortgage and Housing Corporation, Ottawa K1A OP7, Ontario. However, orders may also be placed through any of CMHC's local offices listed below.
