I am simulating a microstrip line with Driven modal , wave port. I don't know why , validate is ok. then do simulation has something wrong , and error message is below Let me attach my project file, any experienced person can help me. thanks

(12:34 と きる 09, 2008) [error] Port refinement, process abc3d : Port "WavePort1" is incorrectly set up. A port must have a non-existent material on one side. Both "air" and "substrate" exist.
