GUIDELINE FOR WORKING DURING ADVERSE WEATHER •
DEFINITION OF ADVERSE WEATHER Prevailing weather of beaufort scale 5/6 fresh/strong breeze wind 20 – 26 knots, sea swell 2-3 meters. This type of weather most likely can cause damage to structure or threaten people’s life or both.

OBJECTIVE / SCOPE OF THIS GUIDELINE The objective of this document is to identify the limiting criteria, balance safety and operational requirements while determining the safest way forward. This document applies to all P&E Offshore operations.
•
RESPONSIBILITIES All P&E project managers must be familiar with this document and it shall be referred in monitoring project schedule. CSR must also refer this document for Stop Work/ Suspension of operation. Vessel / barge master shall be responsible for their own vessel/ barge safety, and always in discussion with CSR or OIM before they decide to stop operation.
