Changing Freq Band from 1800 to 900

Change Band to 900_1800 for temporary

Change to concentric cell and BCCH IUO to Extra and save

Change MA group to Non-FH and apply

Assign cell frequency

Delete old freq

Add TRX and Make the same GTRX group ID

Go to MA group configuration

Remove 1800 TRC freq

Change mode to Baseband FH (BCCH Hop) and apply

Back to cell configuration express and change from temporary band to current Band (900) and Cell IUO type change to normal and save

Execute by export incremental scripts and launch script and activate exported project
