1 Generating Your Business Process Master List (BPML) Use The Business Process Master List (BPML), along with the Business Blueprint, is a key result of the second phase of the Roadmap. Microsoft Excel tables contain the SAP s cenarios, process groups, and processes that have been s et in scope in the SAP Reference Structure, and are cruc ial for configuring your SAP System. In Realization , the third phas e of the Roadmap, the BPML provides the basis for monitoring and steering test activities and for configuring your SAP System. It contains the titles of the structure items, and displays the status, the owner, links to documentation and links to the SAP System. Amongst other things, the BPML allows you to: Set your baseline and final scope. These are used for baseline and final configuration Acces s the Project IMG and specific IMG activities assigned to structure items. Acces s integration test plans, which help you carry out all required integration tests
Prerequisites You have set your project scope.
Procedure Select Reports ® Master l ists ® Business Process Master List In the Master List Generator dialog box, select your reporting options. Select the Structure Level checkb ox, and choose Select , to choose the structure items in the Business Processes subs tructure that you would like to include in the BPML. A tree structure appears, display ing all the structure items that have b een set in s cope. Select checkb oxes for all structure items you would like to include in the report. You can choose more than one item. When you select a structure item, its subnodes are automatically included in the report. If you select the Limit to owner chec kb ox, only the structure items that are ass igned to a spec ific p erson are included in the report. You can use the possible entries help to select a consultant or owner from the list box. The BPML contains all structure items assigned to the owner you have selected. It covers all items that are set in scope and their higher-level structure items. You must have set an owner for a structure item at level
. If you have only assigned owners at lower level s, the report does cover enterpris e
areas and value chains. 3. Choose Generate. In the Save Mas ter List as... dialog box, enter a file name for the BPML. The system generates a BPML.
Result Your BPML is filed in Master Lists in the Reports sub structure. You can open and edit the lis t from this sub structure. The following navigation options are available on the bottom right of the screen: To disp lay a CI template that is linked to a structure item, selec t the CI template and choose

To disp lay all IMG activities that are ass igned to a structure item, selec t the structure item and choose To display all unassigned IMG activities, choose To disp lay the entire Project IMG, choose
