FORMAL ENTRY OF APPEARANCE WITH MOTION FOR POSTPONEMENT POSTPONEMENT COMES NOW, the undersigned counsel and unto this Honorable Court, most respectfully states that:
1. The undersigned counsel hereby formally enters his appearance as counsel for the accused in the above-styled case; henceforth, all notices, orders, decisions and other court processes at his given address; 2. Last April 27, 27, 2017 accused, received an Order from from this Honorable Honorable Court setting the hearing of the above-entitled case on May 10, 2017 at 9:00 o’clock in the morning; morning; 3. Unfortunately the accused only engaged the services of the undersigned counsel this morning, morning, and he could not attend the hearing hearing of the abovecaptioned case because prior to its setting, he already committed himself to attend on the same day the following hearings: a. SCA No. 0036 entitled: “FABIAN v. OBAY” before Branch 29 of the Regional Trial Court in Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya; b. Civil Case. 7170 entitled: “Juanita Reyes v. Ceasar D. Ramirez” before Branch 28 of the Regional Trial Court in Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya; c. CASE NOS. 7291-7297 , entitled: “PEOPLE OF THE PHILIPPINES vs. BARABAS GUIHOM,” , CRIM. CASES NO. 7310-11 entitled PEOPLE OF THE PHILIPPINES, versus- CLARONE JIMENEZ y BARTOLOME,”, at the Regional Trial Court, Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya;
4. Undersigned counsel apologizes to the Honorable Court for the resetting of the cases and it is not his intention to delay their immediate resolution but solely predicated upon the foregoing reason. WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is respectfully prayed of the Honorable Court that the hearing of the above-entitled case on May 10, 2017 at 9:00 o’clock in the morning be cancelled and the same be reset to another date that is convenient to the calendar of the Honorable Court. Other reliefs just and equitable under the foregoing circumstances are likewise prayed for. Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya, May 5, 2017.
