FIRE DRAGON BREATH
THE HUI YIN TO INCREASE YOUR ENERGY The Energy flows through you, not from you. You can increase the amount of energy you channel by connecting two of the main acupuncture meridians, meridians, the Central and Governing channels. The Central channel runs from your perineum (between your anus and genitals) up the front middle of your body, into your mouth. The Governing channel runs from the perineum up the back middle of your body, up over your head, and ends just above your upper lip. To connect these meridians: 1. Contact you Hui Yin (located in the perineum area half way between the anal opening and the genitals (while placing the tip of your tongue on the roof of your mouth, just behind your front teeth. The Hui Yin point is C1, the beginning of the Central channel. Do not force the Hui Yin contraction or you will detract from the treatment. 2. Practice and gradually build up the amount of time you can contract it. 3. One helpful visualization is to imagine a cord extending from your navel down to the Hui Yin. You can imagine gently lifting up on the cord and securing a peg in your navel.

CLEANSING BREATH Kidney Breathing During the attunement, it is necessary to direct the RAKU fire energy up the spine and into the brain to the pineal gland. This reenergizes the entire body and raises your spiritual consciousness. The first step in this process is KIDNEY BREATHING. a) To see if you are breathing properly, place the palm of your hands flat against your lower back over the kidneys. b) Direct your breath into the kidneys, expanding them. c) Your hands should rise with every inhalation and lie flat at the end of every exhalation. exhalation. This type of breathing will increase your RAKU gradually if practiced every day. Feel as if you are pulling this point up into your body as you contract it. You can hold this during the entire session (but make sure you sue your intention as well). This step directs the RAKU fire energy up along the spinal column. Make sure that you are breathing normally when holding this point. Women may be familiar with the term Kagel Exercise when describing this movement.
Combining the KIDNEY BREATH with the contraction of the HUI YIN point is the next step. a) First contract your Hui Yin Yin and then take a Kidney Breath. b) As you are filling your lower abdomen with your breath, imagine a light mist forming at the base of your spine. c) The mist moves up the spine as if it were inside a hollow tube. d) This mist enters the head, filling the head. At this point, the white mist releases through the mouth making a hissing sound. To make this sound, the tongue is placed at the ridge behind your front teeth.
ACTIVATING BREATH TECHNIQUE 1. Contract Hui Yin point, place tongue to roof of your mouth. 2. Draw in a breath imagining it as white light coming down through the crown chakra, through the tongue, down the front of the body through the Hui Yin point and up the spine filling the center of the head. 3. Visualize the white light turning into White, Cobalt Blue, Royal Purple And Gold. 4. Within the Gold vibration, picture the symbol you are working with. 5. Exhale gently into the other person’s crown, hands or any other part of their body. 6. Imagine the symbol on your breath entering their head or hands and lodging in the base of the brain.
BREATH OF THE FIRE DRAGON 1. Contract the Hui Yin (perineum) and place the tip of the tongue to the roof of the mouth (hold throughout). 2. Take 3 (or more) kidney breaths (Sapphire or Cobalt blue in, white out). 3. Breathe in white mist to your root chakra. Hold breath. The white mist comes up through the nerve bundles in the center of your spine. Your brain turns white, then flows into the Ra~Sheeba vibrations.
