In 1994, Mr Vikaas Gutgutia now the founder of Ferns N Petals came up with the idea of establishing a floral retail chain .
With the help of his friend Ma noj they set up Ferns N Petals in October 1994, which was the country’s first floral retail chain.
After two years of hard work they star ted getting involved in organizing floral arrangements in high profile events and later were asked to plan and execute the entire theme of marriage.
This led to the creation of F NP Weddings and events which till date is the largest division of the company.

By working out a franchise model the company now has 50% of the stores in metros and plan to further penetrate.
The company turned to franchising in 2000 and have now become the only branded florist retail chain in India with 90 outlets nationwide in 30 cities.
The company’s competence lies in floral designing and for which the company provides floral artists to every franchisee.
