6. Disciplinary Measures
On signing this contract, EMPLOYEE hereby recognizes the right of the EMPLOYER To impose disciplinary measures or sanctions which may include, but are not limited terminations of employment, suspensions, fines, salary deductions, loss of privileg for any and all infraction, act or omission, irrespective of whether such infraction, ac omission constitute a ground for termination. 7. Confidentiality
It is the responsibility of the EMPLOYEE to ensure that no information gained by vi of employment with the EMPLOYER is disclosed to outsiders unless the disclosur for necessary business purposes and pursuant to properly approved and wr agreements. Confidential or proprietary information of others should not be accepted the EMPLOYEE on behalf of the EMPLOYER, unless it is necessary and pursuan the same sort of written agreement.
Confidential information is any information belonging to the EMLPOYER that could used by people outside the company to the detriment of the EMPLOYER. Approp steps should be taken by the EMPLOYEE in handling all the business information of EMPLOYER in order to minimize the possibility of unauthorized disclosure.
8. Separability Clause
