1. An ammeter and a voltmeter of suitable ranges are to be used to measure the current and voltage of an electric lamp. If mistakes were made and meters interchanged, what will happen? - If mistakes were made and the ammeter and a voltmeter interchange, the said meter will explode because if we will investigate the said meter, an ammeter is used to measure ampere and the voltmeter is used to measure voltage, if the an ammeter is unfused it will probably blow because an ammeter has a very low resistance while a voltmeter has a high resistance on electricity, and if ever a voltmeter was placed for a function of an ammeter it will probably not be accurate.
2. An ammeter has a resistance of 0.0075 ohm reads up to 15A. What resistance shunt is needed to make a full scale deflection of 150A? If an ammeter has a resistance of 0.0075 ohm, 15A and full scale of deflection is 150A, R is required? Where as:

4. How does a potentiometer differ from a rheostat? A rheostat is simply a variable resistance used to control a pow er to a load, while a potentiometer is a variable resistor with a third adjustable terminal. The potential at the third terminal can be adjusted to give any fraction of the potential across the ends of the resistor.
