DT Guidline Instructions

Instructions For Performance Improvement. 1. Do not use DT laptop for personal use like watching online movies and plying online games cause this way your laptop get infected as which occupies Unnecessary RAM space (Slow down system processing) also affect your installed software like TEMS/Actix etc. 2. Connect DT KIT once before leaving for any activity so that you can confirm that you KIT is working properly to avoid unnecessary time wasting on field. 3. The time when you reached to the place of activity you are required to inform the concerned optimizer and the DT coordinator if you were requested to. 4. Now you are going to start your activity be careful about your equipment is not hanged or stuck. 5. Before initiate the CALL start the RECORDING first so that you can record the call attempt & end the CALL before ending the RECORDING so that the call-end Is recorded. 6. Being a DT man you are supposed to throughout monitor your Certain things to avoid different issue arises from your side i.e.  

Make sure that your mobile phones are working proper and are connected. Carefully monitor Radio parameter/Serving Cell/Serving Neighbor window for CS connectivity.

For 2G Reference::

Carefully monitor HSDPA analysis window for 3G throughput test. Carefully monitor your equipment and make sure they are connected. Keep your mobiles phone on the dash board of Car to so that you can receive good coverage. Be careful about the pre/post DT cause normally we need good results in post. Do not dragged the calls from one Cell , when understand that you have entered in another Cell’s vicinity but still served from the previous cell you can end the call or slow your speed To save the call from getting dropped. Try to not bring many call drops especially in the customer complaint where you drive two streets but bring 5 drops. Pre DT in clusters are always better than post . If you observed many bad events in one place you better to inform the coordinator. Try to follow the same route/same equipment/same DT guy to have the better results. In customer complaints you are required to monitor the serving Cell/Coverage/Overshooting etc.

Now your logfiles are loaded the next step is to super stream them means to merge all the logfiles to gather MS wise please see the snaps below.

Write the MS name in the mentioned areas then Click  Matching. Now your super stream is ready you can get the required parameters like below.

Click on the super stream Click on the specified technology e.g 3G  Click on the Downlink measurements then select the required parameter like SC, RSCP, EcNo etc.
