Vampirism/LEFT HAND PATHFull description
Original concept by Michael Dracon, R.I.P.
Nightmare Alternate Powers [Dan Hemmens writes, “...I am not certain that Nightmare is terribly well thought through. It seems to have much the same problem as Ob- fuscate had in in Masquerade Masquerade — it’s basically just increasingly powerful versions of the same effect (in this case, scaring people). ” ]
• Scatter By shouting something at a group of people they will do what the vampire tells them to do. This will only work with simple commands like “Move away ” and “Let me through.” This of course has to be something that repels. A favorite application for this is “Dismissed! ” Cost:

The victim is compelled to avoid the person or place for a day or so per success. He uses any resources at his disposal to leave the location safely and punctually. He is aware whom he is avoiding, but does not necessarily know why. Success:

The victims fall under the v ampire’s sway for a scene, long enough to complete a single task or set of tasks. They are not able to attack or act against her. If the vampire attacks physically, the effect is broken. Otherwise, Tyranny remains active for the entire scene. Success:
