Leverage happens when you learn a few simple steps and train others to do the same. You are training a marketing team with the same goal. GOAL: BECOME RICH THROUGH LEVERAGE
1. Set a common Goal. People will work towards a positive outcome 2. The more people you involved in the process the better your chances are to succeed. 3. Have a formula and training program that is easy to follow. Keep things simple.
Leverage is the ability to get people together to work for a common goal. When several people work together towards a common goal, it becomes easier than with one person. Just think how your business would benefit from having four of you, twice the effort would mean you can get things accomplished quicker. What would happen if you had a four of you working instead?
Now think of how everyone benefits when that team is duplicated again and again.
