Activity shall be carried out by competent supervision. Supervisor to ensure all hot work permit is available prior to commencement of the task. Daily coordination with client. Toolbox talk to be held at site, this will be covered the method statement and job safety analysis. Toolbox talks to be given prior to start the job. Competent workers to be deployed, supervisor to ensure work safe system. Coordination permission have to be made with civil contractor before start the work. All workers involved in the activity must be aware of heat stress, supervisor to ensure drinking cold water is available at the working area.

Unauthorized operation of crane / boom truck
Operator must pass third party competency test for crane operation and secure competency certificate. Operator should attend induction course for carne operation. Crane/Boom truck must have: 1. Valid registration from RTA to Travel. 2. Valid certificate of conformity or through crane /boom truck inspection from approved certification agencies. 3. Statement of insurance policy.
Crane must be certified by approved third party certification agencies. Gears, chains, and belts should be inspected, certified and colour Mechanical Failure coded to use. Avoid overloading of transport equipment. Lift load for its specific load limit or safe working load. Use tag lines or tag ropes to guide the load towards its destination. Use of sharp hand tools. Competency of electrician. Use damaged hand tools may slip and injure electrician or damage property. Use of Heat gun ( hot blower), electricity / Fire. Touch- up paint.

Inspect the hand tools before use, ensure the condition is good, use hand gloves. Supervisor to ensure the competency of electrician. Inspect heat gun before use, it is in good condition, provide fire extinguisher.
Use dust mask , safety glass & hand gloves while doing touch up paint.
