All required work to complete this workpack will be executed under the RG PTW system. All PTW will be completed and submitted to RG Operations the day before the planned work. HHI will only perform LOTO and Isolations under the guidance of RG Operations & RG PMT. All bolts will be hot bolted before proceeding with tie-in work. Testing will be as per the line list. Prefabrication of pipe spools will be maximized. This work will be completed in stages as per the level 3 schedule. This workpack can only be completed after the ALQ installation. Any pipe work that is pre-installed before the ALQ installation will have a cap end installed to protect the pipe. Scaffolding will be set up so all workers have a safe working platform. This work will be conducted by the following team: 1 supervisor, 5 pipefitters & 1 safety.
