PTA Resolution No. 1 S, 2011 Resolution Requesting for the Concrete fences more or less 150 meters to HON. JOCEL BAAC, Provincial Governor of Kalinga, for Liwan East Elementary School. Whereas, Liwan East Elementary School is a complete elementary school catering 219 pupils. Whereas, the school is situated near a national road and it is more or less 5 feet below the road. Whereas, the school ground is often flooded due to its location. Whereas, the concrete fences on the frontage of the school are alr eady dilapidated. Whereas, new fences has to be constructed for the safety of then pupils and to free the school ground from astray animals. Now, therefore, on motion of MR. ADRIANO PAMITTAN, the school PTA President, duly seconded by KAGAWAD GLENDA S. APITA, Committee on Education, BE IT: RESOLVED, that this body now in session kindly request HON. JOCEL BAAC for more or less 150 meters concrete fences. FURTHER RESOLVED THAT THIS request be given favorable action the soonest time. Finally, the Liwan East Elementary School PTA Officers, Me mbers and Barangay Council wish to extend their gratitude for the favor extended on the above request. I HEREBY CERTIFY to the correctness of the above quoted resolution.

CARPIO, President, Grand Monaco Estate Developers, Inc. for Liwan East Elementary School, Liwan East, Rizal, Kalinga. Whereas, Liwan East Elementary School is a complete elementary school catering 219 pupils. Whereas, the school is situated near a national road and it is more or less 5 feet below the road. Whereas, the school ground is often flooded due to its location. PTA Resolution No. 1 S, 2011 Resolution requesting for the Completion of Makeshift Room to HON. ALLEN JESSE C. MANGAOANG, Provincial Vice-Governor, Province of Kalinga for Liwan East Elementary School. Whereas, Liwan East Elementary School has put-up a makeshift room last year due to the immediate need of the Grade 1 class divided into 2 sections. Whereas, the fund solicited for this purpose was not enough to finish this construction. Whereas, the makeshift room still needs steel windows, door, paint, cement, electrification and ceiling. Whereas, the room is used already as instructional classroom for the Grade IV pupils. Whereas, the makeshift room has to be completed to provide conducive learning environment for then pupils. Whereas, school authorities are directly responsible for the safety of the learners. Now, therefore, on motion of GLENDA S. APITA, Barangay Kagawad, Committee on Education, duly seconded, BE IT: Resolved to request HON. ALLEN JESSE C. MANGAOANG to allocate funds for the materials needed for the completion of the makeshift room. .
