Product Description of ZXDU68 B151 Rectifier System Overview ZXDU68 B151 is a built-in rectifier system designed by ZTE , the system consists of a 19 ”2U subrack, rectifier modules, CSU modules, AC and DC distribution and SIB(Signal Interface Board); The rectifier system adopts 3000W rectifier modules ZXD3000(V5.5),so the max capacity can reach up to 9 kW by configuring 3 pieces of ZXD3000 rectifier modules.

Typical Installation The rectifier subrack can be installed horizontally or vertically in the 19 ” standard cabinet, the typical installation is as shown in below pictures. And the cable terminal. DI and DO can be hanged some place where it is easy to install, and the installation dimension of cable terminal is 1U *4U.

Technical Clarification For pole sites, Bali Tower requires some additional monitoring functions; we will propose our solution based on our understanding. REQUIREMENTS: a. Classify the tenant by 3 level. This level will related with backup time provided to each tenant, when power disturbanc happening. b. Stated condition at point A is able to be “manually override ” when the tenant agree to add backup time with addtional charge cost. c.
Remotely ON/OFF lighting by certain period of time(6AM-6PM).
d. Health status of the lamp(Broken/Normal) e. Door Access Management.Each engineer need to request for access to Command Center/NOC. After granted, then the engineer will be able to proceed with manually open the cabinet. If there no access from Command Center, alarm notification and siren will be t riggered.

ZTE proposal: The backup time of tenant can be changed by modifying the level of LVD.

Remotely ON/OFF lighting by certain period of t ime(6AM-6PM). ZTE proposal: An
internal timer in monitor unit (CSU) and 1 DO can be used to controll the switch of lighting,
but we suggest Bali Tower to add a separate external timer to control ON/OFF of lighting. d. Health status of the lamp(Broken/Normal) ZTE proposal: ZTE rectifier system can receive DI from lamp to detect the health status, for example, the
lamp is normal when DI is closed, broken when DI is open, it depends on the specification of lamp itself. e. Door Access Management.Each engineer need to request for access to Command Center/NOC. After granted, then the engineer will be able to proceed with manually open the cabinet. If there no access from Command Center, alarm notification and siren will be triggered. ZTE proposal: When access is approved by Command Center, the CSU in rectifier system will send out 1
DO to unlock the door, and judge whether the door is opened by via 1 DI signal; If the the door is openned without approval from Command Center, another DO will be sent out to trigger alarm notification and siren. f.
Fan Control ZTE proposal: It depends on the specification of fan, normally a separate fan controller should be
provided by cabinet supplier, not by rectifier supplier g.
Battery Temperature ZTE proposal: ZTE rectifier solution can support battery temperature detection.
h. Cabinet Temperature ZTE proposal: ZTE rectifier solution can support cabinet temperature detection.
