Justification This is the 1 st prioritized nursing diagnosis because according to ABC rule circulation should prioritized first.

This is the 2 nd nursing diagnosis because according to Maslow, physiologic need should satisfy first. Food is one of  the basic needs of man, so that the patient should satisfy this first.

This is the 3 rd prioritized nursing diagnosis because according to Maslow’s hierarchy of needs, physiologic needs should satisfy first, so that the client should satisfy this to satisfy his physiologic needs.

This is the 4 th prioritized nursing diagnosis because according to Maslow, esteem need should satisfy, because if the client cannot speak, he cannot socialized with other people.

This is the 5 th prioritized nursing diagnosis because according to the rule risk problem should prioritized least, because actual problem should solve first.
