Clinic In A Bag Setup and Care Coordination Product Needs Assessment- First the number of CIBs per population, facility and/ or per care worker are determined based on the population served and underserved. Infrastructure Assessment- A hub and spoke design allows for physicians to remain centralized while new care workers service remote and rural areas.
