The Hallelujah Diet Concept MAKE THE DIET FIT YOUR LIFE LIFE
Not The Other Way Around The key is to fit The Hallelujah Diet into your life, rather than trying to fit your life into the diet. If that means having the cooked portion of your food at a different time of day, go ahead. Just remember the basics — get 85% of your nutrients from raw foods and keep cooked foods to a daily maximum of 15%. BarleyMax Take rst thing in the morning. (powder or capsule)

A Day on The Hallelujah Hallelujah Diet
Breakfast When you wake up each day take one on e serving of BarleyMax, either in capsule or powder form. f orm. You You may take the powder dry, dry, allowing it to dissolve in your mouth or mix it with a few ounces of puried water wat er or fresh vegetable juice. Try Try not to consume food foo d containing ber rst thing in the morning. Fiber hinders your body ’s cleansing and eliminating efforts which continue for several hours after you get up. If you need something with ber at breakfast, you could eat a piece of fruit, a fruit smoothie, or whole grain cereal with almond or rice milk. NOTE: Children need more than BarleyMax for breakfast. A fter BarleyMax, a breakfast of raw fruit and whole grain (hot or cold) cereals are good choices. Children need a diet consisting of about 50% raw foods and 50% cooked foods to ensure adequate caloric intake. Children are growing rapidly, rapidly, so they need more good fats and proteins than adults and may need more frequent meals. Mid-Morning Drink an 8 ounce glass of fresh vegetable juice (two-thirds carrot and one-third greens). If fresh juice is not available, the next best choice is a combination serving of CarrotJuiceMax and BarleyMax, or a piece of juicy, fresh fruit. If you didn’t consume the fruit smoothie earlier in the morning, then this is a great time to enjoy it. Thirty minutes later use Fiber Cleanse as directed, B-Flax-D, or freshly ground ax seed to help maintain optimal bowel function. Ground ax seed may be used in the fruit smoothie. If you need to stabilize blood sugar,, keep hunger under control, or support body weight, you could eat some sugar som e celery sticks, broccoli, cauliower orets, etc., spread with almond butter butt er.. Lunch At least 20 minutes before lunch have another a nother serving of BarleyMax. If you’ve you ’ve eaten fruit earlier in the day, have a vegetable salad. Too Too much fruit in a day is not advised. Though the sugar in the friut is natural, too much sugar can cause problems. (Fruits cleanse the body while vegetables feed the body.) While we prefer to eat raw food at lunch, a little cooked food is ne, especially if you want to gain weight. A whole grain pita pocket lled with veggies makes a nice meal if you would like some cooked food at a t lunchtime. Mid-Afternoon Drink an 8 ounce glass of carrot/vegetable juice. If juice is not available, a serving of CarrotJuiceMax and BarleyMax or some carrot or celery sticks would be the next best option. Supper At least 20 minutes before supper, have another serving of BarleyMax. Then have a LARGE green salad with leaf lettuce (head lettuce has very little nutritional value) along with a variety of vegetables, including some avocado, ground seeds, or nuts. A blended salad, when practical, comprised of all the vegetables that would go into a regular salad plus additional greens (spinach, kale, etc.) increas es nutrient value tremendously. The cooked food portion at supper could be steamed veggies, baked sweet potato, whole grains, whole grain pasta, squash (baked or steamed), or beans. Evening You Y ou can enjoy a piece of juicy fresh fruit, fru it, a glass of freshly extracted apple or pear juice, or a glass of 100% organic apple or grape juice. It is best to not eat or drink anything containing ber after supper.
