Recommended actions that are to be taken by the machine operator in response to the different warning levels. Level 1 - This warning level will cause the involved alert indicator to illuminate. A level 1 warning will indicate that the operator should be aware of a condition of one or more of the machine systems. Level 2 - This warning level will indicate that the operation of the machine should be changed or maintenance should be performed to the machine. Possible damage to components on the machine may occur. Level 3 - This warning level will indicate that the machine needs to have an immediate, safe emergency engine shutdown. Possible injury to the operator or severe damage to components may occur. If an action alarm, alert indicator, or a warning occurs, a pop-up message will override any screen that was displayed on the Advisor display module.

Warning Level
Description
Possible Cause and Recommended Response
2
High TCO Oil Temp
Maximum operating temperature of the oil has been reached. 129 °C (264 °F) for 5 seconds
3
High TCO Oil Temp Warning
Temperature of the oil has reached a critical level. 135 °C (275 °F) for 30 seconds
Alternator Not Charging
Inspect the battery cables, wiring, and connections in the charging circuit. Clean all connections and tighten all connections. Replace any faulty parts.

Steering System Malfunction
The ECM is not receiving steering control handle position signals from the steering control Handle position sensors. One of the steering pump solenoids has an active diagnostic code. Limp Home Mode option will display when this Event is active. Check for active CID 1471, 1472, and 1473 diagnostic codes for the steering sensors. 2 of the 3 CIDs must be active to activate this Event. Check for active CID 0727 or CID 0726 codes for the left hand or the right-hand steering pump solenoids. Refer to the troubleshooting procedure for the active diagnostic code and clear the active diagnostic code.
Steering Output Detected in Wrong Direction
The ECM detects the machine steering in the opposite direction of the steering command. Limp Home Mode option will display when this Event is active. Immediate safe shutdown is required. Event code may occur after service to steering system components as a result of component either wired in reverse or hydraulic lines connected in reverse. Check for and clear any active CID 1469 or CID 1470 diagnostic codes for the steering motor speed sensor input signal circuits. Check the following components for correct wire connections: LH and RH steer solenoids, the two steer speed sensor signal circuits. Check the following hydraulic components for correct connections and operation: Steering pump hydraulic connections, steering pump operation, COR valve operation
Steering Output Detected with No Command Given
A problem exists in the hydraulic system. The hydraulic fluid is too cool. The steering motor speed sensor is indicating steering motor movement to the ECM when the steering control handle is in the NEUTRAL position. Immediate safe shutdown required. Limp Home Mode is activated when the event is active. Warm the machine and the hydraulic fluid
before operating the machine. Check for pump stroking without command. Check the pump solenoid valves for being stuck in closed position. Check for internal hydraulic oil leakage in the steer motor.

The steering motor speed sensor is not indicating steering motor movement to the ECM when steering is commanded. Immediate safe shutdown required. Limp Home Mode is activated when the event code is active. Check for and clear any active CID 1469 or No steering detected CID 1470 diagnostic codes for the steering with command motor speed sensor input signal circuits. given Check the mounting of the steering motor speed sensor. Check the hydraulic system for: pump solenoid valves for being stuck in closed position, internal hydraulic leakage in the steer motor, COR valve stuck open, or steer pump failure.
2
Steering Hydraulic Oil Filter Restricted
Activated when the charge filter bypass switch is open. The filter is dirty. Replace the filter.
Low Hydraulic Charge Pressure
Immediate safe shutdown required Activated when steering pump pressure is less than 1000 kPa (145 psi). The reduced pressure may damage the steering pump. Check for and clear any active CID 0473 diagnostic codes for the steering pump charge pressure sensor input signal circuit. Manually check system pressure. Compare to the steering pump charge pressure sensor reading. If values are different by 20% or more, check sensor circuit for abnormal resistance. If the sensor circuit checks OK, replace the sensor. The correct operating pressure is 3050 ± 100 kPa (442.4 ± 14.5 psi.)Check the system pressure and charge pump pressure setting. Check the fixed pressure relief valve for

AutoCarry Disabled
An electronic failure is diagnosed that has potential effects on the capability of the hydraulic system.
AutoCarry Incorrect Gear
The "AutoCarry" function is designed to operate in the first gear only. This message will be displayed any time a gear other than 1F, 1R, or N is selected while "AutoCarry" is enabled.
