Creative Creative Tapping T apping Techniques EX 1 is an 8 note grouping using a T2, T3, T2 combination. EX 2 is a 7 note grouping using a T2, T3 combination. EX 3 is is a 7 note grouping using a T3, T2 combination. EX 4 is is a 6 note grouping using a T3, T2 combination. EX 5 is is a 7 note grouping using a T3, T2 combination. EX 6 is an 8 note grouping using a T2, T3, T2 combination. EX 7 is a C major scale using the T2, T3 ascending and T3, T 2 descending. It's a 5 note n ote sequence in groups of 8. EX 8 is a descending 7 note sequence in groups of 7. EX 9 takes a D Dorian mode and demonstrates how to manuver back and forth on adj acent strings while while ascending. This is a 30 note sequence in groups of 9. EX 10 is an F Lydian scale starting on the 7th which is E. E. This demonstrates a 10 note n ote sequence in grou groups ps of 7. EX 11 is another 10 note ascending sequence in groups of 7. EX 12 is a 10 note ascending sequence seque nce in octaves. EX 13 is a 6 note desending sequence in in groups of 6. EX 22 is an 8 note sequence using the Ab melodic minor scale in groups of 8. EX 23 is a 2 octave C mixolydian mixolydian scale using a 3 + 2 technique technique on the low E and D string and a 4 + 2 on the B string.
