This should be your minimum core group to use, but if you increase the number of primary or secondary sound types, it becomes more difficult to manage and you should not exceed eight. Keep in mind that this this is onl y the sound or masking track, and you still need to create create and manage message and brainwave tracks (if used). used). Classical music sound tracks are are also appeal ing but it is important that you choose those that are not overly dynamic. By this it is meant that there there should be few high and lows and the general sound and tempo is consistent. A soft and gen tle concerto by Beethoven or Bach is acceptable, but the 1812 Overture by Tchaikovsky is far too dynamic. Also, if you choose to use classica l music for your sound or masking trac tracks, ks, there there is no reason to mix them with a secondary track containing random sounds of nature.

Many available relate to nature sounds and those that are free are usually very short in length and of poor quality. It is highly recommended that you do not use free short audio clips in your sound or masking track because of this. Although usu ally li mited to nature sounds, another option is to obtain software that can generate sound or masking track tracks s of any l ength that you can customize in virtually an infinite number of ways. The advantages to this is that the generated sound track will be exactly what you design it to be, involve no royalty fees, fees, be of high qual ity, and never have embedded subliminal messages. You may also select to record your own sound tracks but this can be somewhat of a challenge. It requires the correct environment, environment, good recording equipment and some patience. Two types of recordings that you may choose to create require including a relaxation audio segment. Supraliminal or paraliminal audio recordings should have an introductory audio segment that both physically and mentally helps the listener enter a relaxed state. This article discusses the best way to write a relaxation script and how to properly use it in your recordings. There are different different aspects to designing a relaxation script and you shoul d strive to achieve the desired effec effectt for your listener and hel p them in every manner to enter a relaxed state. Once recorded, your your relaxation audio segment can li kely be used when creating other recordings, but you must first ensure that it has the desired effect. There are two features features you shoul d consider whe n writing a relaxation message script. The first is to use statements statements that will help the listener physically relax, and the second is to optionally introduce statements statements that allow them to mentally relax.


Designing Designi ng Message Scr ipt Statements for Physical Re laxation Messages designed to physically relax your l istener should induce progressive stages of relaxation. The The statements statements should be designed so that they gradually direct the listener into an increasingly more relaxed b ody state. One method of doing this is to verbally walk the listener through each major body area, direct their focus focus on it and suggest that it is now becoming relaxed. This is easier to achieve if the listener is retiring for the night, or is physically fatigued,

It is better to presume that the listener is basically alert and conscious and construct

For others, others, once their body i s relaxed they may al so become mentally relaxed, but this is not always certain. Designing Designi ng Message Scr ipt Statements for Mental Relaxa tio tion n Once your relaxation script has the designed effect of introducing a state of physical relaxation, an optional ne xt step is to induce a relaxed mental state state so that the listener’s subconscious defense mechanisms are furt furthered hered lowe red. As a result of bein g physical ly relaxe d, your target listene r may not requi requi re more than a few statements that suggest they become mentally at ease. These messages should be carefully written written and in a gentle and considerate manner. Your goal should be to suggest that they they are mentally in a good place, are comfortable, comfor table, safe and feel wonderful. To assist you in doing this, some some suggested statements that can help your listener enter this state are provided below. In conclusion, you should design and write your relaxation scripts in a positive manner, and understanding the differences between physical and mental relaxation will onl y ensure that your listener is more able to embrace the subject messages of your recording. Before considering how to create subliminal messages to help oneself or others, it is important to define exactly what is a subliminal message. Understanding how and why they can be used to introduce ideas and changes at the subconscious level and affect people in a positive manner is extremely important. A sublimi nal messag e is any type of information informat ion or signal that can be presented to the human mind below the normal level of awareness. Subliminal is defined as: “Not rising above the threshold of consciousness; designed to act on the mind at a subconscious level”. (Webster’s Encyclopedic Dictionary) Subliminal i s derived from “sub” (meaning below) and “limen”, (Latin for threshold). Subliminal Message Perception and Types Subliminal messages can actually be heard or seen and a re either at a low volume, presented extremely extremely quickly or visually masked.


It is unlikely that there there will be conscious awareness of them unless paying e xtr xtremely emely close attention. The two major types of subliminals are visual messages and audio messages.. messages The messages are within the limits of physical perception, but below the level of normal consciousness. Choosing the length of a subliminal, supraliminal or paraliminal recording i s an issue that is most often misunderstood. There are several topics related to this such as the length of the message script, message track and how they should be buil t. It is to your advantage and your potential listeners that you understand these issues before designing and buildin g your recordings. recordings. Each type of recording requires an audio message track which is created using the message script that you should a lready have written in the best way possible. Message Script Length Length After the message script has been written writt en and recorded or generated, it will


usually be several minutes in length. This short audio message segment should be mixed repeatedly when building the final message track. track. This is up to the listener and ho w they decide to play the recordings that you have created for them. They can easily choose to set their playback device to repeat the recording and this should be suggested to them. Although the le ngth of the message track is recommended to be approxima tely 30 minutes, this this can be increased if desired. However, this is not necessary because the messages presented are al ready repeated several times and the final recording can easily be set to play back continuously, perhaps even for many hours if prefer preferred. red. Also, this represents only one l istenin g session, and it is like ly that the the listen er will be playing the recordings frequently and possibly for weeks until the desired subconscious changes take effect. A recording of greater leng th also require s addition al storage space , and although this may not matter for a few recordings, it will have an impact if you are creating many recordings. Remember that it is necessary not only to store the final recordings, but each of the tracks trac ks used in building them as well as the au dio message segments. Sound and Brainwave Tracks in Recordings Once you have built the audio message track, track, the audio segments for sound or brainwave audio track tracks s will have to be created. Depending on the type of recording recording that you decide upon , it may require additional effor effortt to either record or generate these. The length of any additional sound or brainwave tracks should should be de pendent on the length of the final audio message track. In this case, there there would b e five minutes of time in the recording in whi ch no messages would be presented to the listener. Other than having the effect of perhaps relaxing the listener, no messages messages would be presented and obviou sly have no effect in helpin g them. You have many options when designing and building a subl iminal, supraliminal or paraliminal audi o recordings. One of the the most important important is deciding on the length of the recording. The duration duration of your final recording should be ali gned with the initial message audio track trac k and any or all of the additional sound or brainwave tracks. For this reason, it is better to create a reasonable number of masking tracks that can be used in any type of recording. However, there there are p ersonal preferences as to what sounds are acceptable and presenting more choices is always advisable. A recommended strategy is to create and maintain a small n umber of sound tracks that can be used with respect to to virtually any of the recordings. A suggested folder for storing them is SOUND_TRACKS, whether recorded or gene rated in any manner. Within the sound track folder, each file can be named according to the type of sound presented, such as NATURE1.WAV, WATERFALL2.WAV, BIRDS3.WAV, etc. Brainwave Audio Track Tracks s A brainwa ve track is only necessary if you choose to create a paraliminal recording and as with the sound or masking tracks, tracks, it will likel y only require creating a few differ different ent brainwave tracks.

These audio tracks should be kept in a separate folder and a sugge sted name i s BRAINWAVE_TRACKS. BRAINWAVE_TRACKS. These could be named as in the prior example as BSH_FINAL_VERSION1.WAV, BSH_FINAL_VERSION2.WAV, BSH_FINAL_VERSION2.W AV, etc. Although i t may consume more storage space, one or more versions of the final recording in the WAV format format should always be saved. Compressed Audio Versions After creating the final sub limin al, suprali minal or para limin al recordi ng, it is important to consider the importance importance of compressing the audio recording i n order to render it smaller in size while still retaining the same degree of quality. There are several different methods methods availabl e to compress the final recording, and in doing so, a di ff fferent erent result will be created. To accommodate this, it is suggested to create a separate folder or directory named COMPRESSED that includes these. The files within this folder that are compressed may be of different types and as a result have differ different ent file extension s such a s MP3, OGG, OGG, etc. These files could be stored as BSH_FINAL1_COMPRESSED.MP3, BSH_FINAL2_COMPRESSED.OGG, and thus make it easier to distinguish between the original final recording and the compressed versions. Using First and Second Person Perspectives in a Message Script

A sublimin al or simila r type of self-help messa ge script statement can be written in either the first or second person perspective. Messages in the first person refer to statements worded as “I am” and those in the second person pe rspect rspective ive as “You are”. It is important to understand the difference between the two perspectives and whether to consider using either or both when designing message scripts. Message statements phrased as “I am” may not be as acceptable to the subconscious mind of a li stener as those beginning wi th “You are”. The reverse reverse can also be true and it depends greatly on how receptive the listener is to subconscious change, and in what manner. Using the the First Per son Perspective Certain individuals may subconsciously be more comfortable comfortable listening to messages

Messages from the Listener Perspective Fully understanding the mind o f the target listener is almost impossible and consequently, the the best option may be to use both first and second person perspectives when writing a message script.


There is no way to be certain that the message script of a recording will be ab le to help a ll potential l isteners. By By targeting one specific type of listener you may be ignoring the other. All message scri pt creation efforts shoul d be focused on designing a message script so that a balance is achieved. Creating message script statements with this in mind may help a greater number of people in different scenarios. James I have been reading through your posts on subliminal recordings and find it to be the most useful useful resource on the web. I’ve also di scovered that subliminal CDs that I have paid a lot of money for, have not observed effective effective principles in the messages. Some Some use “You” instead of “I” and another one hasn’t supplied the messages in written format at all.I believe it is i mport mportant ant to know what messages you are actually receiving. Thank you for your informative informative resource.
