INTRODUCCIÓN El tema de conductores autoportantes, viene a ser un tema de sumo interés para todo estudiante de Ingeniería Eléctrica, ya que nos brindara los conocimientos necesarios y útiles para lograr el buen desenvolvimiento del estudiante para temas sucesivos a este, tales como líneas de transmisión y distribución, y para el empleo de esta teoría ya sea en su vida laboral o solo como cultura general. El presente trabajo dará a conocer los aspectos más resaltantes de los conductores autoportantes, tales como: la temperatura de operación, las tensiones de diseño y las respectivas precauciones en cada caso. En cuanto a los métodos para hallar ya sea tensiones, resistencias o reactancias inductivas, se mostrara los cálculos correspondientes a cada uno. En el presente trabajo también se mostrara los tipos de conductores autoportantes más comunes y los accesorios (con sus respectivas dimensiones), utilizados para una debida instalación del conductor. Así también se mostraran algunos cuadros ilustrativos, más figurativos que todo estudiante de ingeniería eléctrica debe tener en cuenta. Y como la seguridad siempre está presente, el trabajo contiene las distancias mínimas de seguridad del conductor.

especialmente
concebido
para
tramos
relativamente cortos, adopta una configuración cilíndrica y está constituido mediante un núcleo (materializado en un cable de acero, hierro u otro material mecánicamente resistente) capaz de soportar su propio peso y el del componente electroconductor. Los tipos de conductores autoportanes más comunes son: el autoportante de alumino, utilizado en Redes aéreas de distribución secundaria, de bajo costo y aislamiento completo en zonas urbanas y rurales; y el de cobre utilizado en Redes aéreas de distribución secundaria, de aislamiento completo, especialmente para zonas corrosivas. Dentro de los accesorios para cables autoportantes encontraremos al gancho de suspensión, a la mordaza de suspensión, a la plancha gancho de suspensión (para pared y para poste), conector de empalme, entre otros. Al final se mostrara el cuadro de parámetros y factores de caída de tensión de los cables autoportantes, algunos cuadros de diversas características solo respecto al conductor autoportante de aluminio y por último los tipos de estructura de extremo de línea con conductores autoportantes en redes secundarias de acuerdo a la dirección ejecutiva de proyectos del Ministerio de Energía y Minas.

3.2 AUTOPORTANTE DE COBRE DESCRIPCION: Cable formado por un conjunto de varios conductores cableados de cobre suave, cada uno aislado con polietileno reticulado (XLPE) y reunidos alrededor de un elemento portante aislado con XLPE.

CONCLUSIONES Con estos pequeños conceptos y cuadros iterativos podemos decir que los conductores autoportantes son esenciales en todas las instalaciones eléctricas y más que todo en aquellas que se hacen en las zonas rurales, y muy importantes ya que también algunas veces pueden servir de neutro.
